I needed to deposit a $400 check today that is a printed out check from reputable property Manger in the area. Girl refused to deposit it because a use she was to ignorant to understand what a pre-approved check is that literally states (account holder has pre-approved this check no signature requires) And this is after she wrote her initials in bright green on the front of the check. This people are are beyond incompetent

Very inconsiderate. They offer you multiple interviews then once they give you hope of a job, don’t even contact you back to let you know the status of your application just ghost you. Not appreciated..

I had a situation about a month ago now with the Branch manager Denise. I came to the bank to figure out why there a delay with money coming out of my account. As I was talking to the teller Alexis and her and I were trying to figure things out, Denise the branch manager decided to but into our conversation. I proceeded to tell her that Alexis was helping me and she told me that she was the branch manager and basically she could just interrupt us because of her title. I told her that I was going to close my account she said ok.. very nonchalantly. As I was leaving the bank without my problem resolved, I was stopped by my cousins wife she asked me what was going on, I was telling her the story when Denise decided to tell me if I didn’t leave she was going to call security on me… I did not do anything to this lady.. at this point I did start cussing.. I decided to walk off and as I was walking off waited until I got in front of the vision center to yell and say “Have a nice day” the worst experience ever.. I filled a compliment and nothing.. Hopefully someone from corporate reads this

Denisse helped my today was super sweet kind and funny! Ms. Karoline and Amanda were super cheerful and funny! Made my time there super enjoyable and fun! Thank you team! These ladies need a raise or a promotion! You can’t find great team members like that these days!

[Visit time: Jan. 11th 2023 5:20ish.] Three people standing around chatting between each other. I came up as a potential customer to ask for $5 in quarters so I could do laundry. I was told that First Convenience Bank does not give change to non-account holders. I was really hoping to open an account in the future but now I know that this bank isn’t even capable of doing $5 in quarters?! Woooow…

I've been with this bank for 9years. I have direct deposit and always in the positive and can't get approved for a loan to help me with my bill's. I will be switching banks. How sad a person banks with a bank for 9years and can't get a loan. Nor can anyone explain the reason of why.

Have to give a shout out to a teller named Ke Miria, he is polite, patient and a smile that puts you at ease while he's taking care of your business. Great hire First Convenience, he is an awesome addition to your family. Would like to also acknowledge Susan who on MANY DAYS has helped me understand what was going on with my acct. The absolute worst bank to go with. Mobile app is constantly not working. Their website and mobile app have been down for two days! The chat reps are rude and only solution is be patient or go to the bank. They close out the chat before you even can reply. This is the worst time to have "issues" with your banking.

I have been with them for 4 years and have always had great service. Not sure why all the bad reviews. I had a unusual check that needed to be deposited that was going to be delayed and the bank manager stayed on the phone with the company for a long time trying to help me.
