I have used Walgreens for years, but they were out of stock with my pain medication so I had to use CVS which was the worse experience I've ever had with a Pharmacy. So I thought I should give a good review for the Walgreen Pharmacy that takes care of me and has been good to me for years! Thank you Walgreen Pharmacy Employees for all you do!

I got to the pharmacy 4 min after closing. I called on the way & she said they were closing in 3 min, but I thought since they knew I was coming that might help. The pharmacist said that he waited for me & went around to the front register & checked me out bc they close the register at 9 pm. I can hardly believe how nice he was about it all! Even reminded me to give her 2 tonight and said have a good night with a smile. And I'm sure it's been a long day. - text from my patient Thanks for helping me take care of patients!!

this is maybe the most awful pharmacy i have ever been to. Staff will lie to your face about what they have in stock, the most inefficient workplace i have ever seen with the most illiterate workers i have ever seen

I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for my important meds for five years. Until today I would have gave Walgreens in Nacogdoches four stars for good service. Today they failed me big-time. I called the Walgreens pharmacy and told them that I was overdue for my Covid booster. They told me that they had a supply of boosters, but I had to register on line or call their 800 number to get my booster shot. I am an old guy with medical problems at a higher risk group for sickness and death; and this was important to me living in a state with no mask-wearing mandates cus of governator ab-butt. I called the Walgreens 800 number and after 30 minutes on the phone I realized that I would never get to a human being on that 800 number. I went to Walgreens. com to register for my booster. The Walgreens web site would only give me an appointment for a booster in Athens, Texas; a four hour round trip drive for me. I drove to Walgreens Nacogdoches on North Street and spoke to a pharmacist there. I asked the lady to register me on the internet so I could get my booster. No luck. That drone of a person could only repeat the BS of "Walgreens policy" where only I could register for my shot (on internet) where they had a supply of boosters on hand. The drone had zero remorse for me, and it was a case of "to bad, so sad". Now I am an old country boy and I know the sound and smell of fresh bull shit! I drove to the Nacogdoches Walmart and they signed me up and gave me my booster shot, simple as that. My question for Walgreens is "what the hell is your major malfunction"???

I used to love the Walgreens pharmacy for multiple reasons. One of the main reasons I switched to this pharmacy is because there were 2 lines in the drive thru. That meant I never had to wait more than 5 minute, no matter how many cars were there before me. I loved it!! Now, there is only one lane open and I've had to wait 30-45 minutes. That's ridiculous!! And calling is pointless. It's extremely hard to get anyone on the phone. I'll switch pharmacies again if they don't get their act together ASAP.

Omg I absolutely adore the Walgreens in Nacogdoches! Before I moved back 4ish years ago I'd been using HEB as my pharmacy and hated it with a passion. So when I moved here luckily HEB had closed down and I had a good excuse to find a new pharmacy. I lived at University Club unfortunately for 3 years and the closest pharmacy was Walgreens, having had such bad experiences at HEB in my previous location I was fully ready to "shop around" until I was happy. I transferred my prescriptions and literally have never left Walgreens since day 1! I really don't do much shopping in there since I now live at Chevy Chase, but if I'm going to pick up a refill sometimes I go inside. I have to say that pharmacy honestly has to be the best ever! The pharmacy techs who know me well enough from these years and how often I come in because I am Bi Polar among a few other things and take a lot of medication, well the ones who know me, I can honestly say I feel confident saying I believe they truly care about me and my wellbeing. When I was having problems with my Blue Cross like so many others in January, I was once on a 3-way call with Blue Cross, myself, and what ended up being my favorite tech, and she basically got "krunk" with Blue Cross after they assumed it was as easy as me simply coming in, paying for my meds, and getting reimbursed. My tech bluntly said that my medications run about $800 a month and did the customer service lady from Blue Cross still think it was that easy, did she just have the $800 to just swing by and pick them all up! Wow blown away by the compassion and commitment to doing an amazing job. You know I think I'll write a letter to Walgreens Corporate telling them what an amazing staff they have at our location. I literally feel THAT strongly! As an SFA student I finally graduate in May and it will truly be a bit heartbreaking when I do move away!
