Was driving the Jeep from Texas to Arkansas and hit a piece of debris in the road that punctured my tire. Was in a bind and took it to Cook not knowing anything about this shop . They had me on the road patched up , pumped up, and ready to go . Enjoyed the rest of my trip in the Ozarks without a hitch and it wouldn’t have been possible without the guys at cook . Not from the area but you’ve earned yourself a customer .

Great experience. Everytime, I come here. Justin is great. He tells me my options and works quickly to get me back on the road. And making sure I have my reminders for rotation and oil change

I had a flat driving from Austin, Tx to Mississippi. I pulled in and explained my issue, the place was packed but they got my car in the bay and fixed me up. I highly recommend this place, very nice people.

Once again - picked up a nail in a tire and took it to the guys at Nacogdoches North...and once again they came through for me in a pinch. For the second time in the past few weeks, the guys at Cook Tire & Service Nacogdoches North Street knocked it out of the park! Had a tire issue and took it to them - they had me on my way quickly and professionally and MUCH cheaper than I could have ever dreamed. Can't say enough good things about the guys at this shop. Highly recommended. They'll treat you right. A+++

I needed air in my tires due to temp changes and such. No leaks. They topped them off with no problems. I just wanted to borrow their air hose. The wouldn't have it. Lol. Fixed me up and sent on my way PDQ. Cooks is a great asset to have in Nacogdoches. Thank you guys.
