We have used Kelly Koinm for several years and we've found we like the service she provides to our 4 dogs and multiple chickens. My husband and I have medical backgrounds so we know a good doctor when we see one. She's thorough, researches to other resources when appropriate, and compassionate.

I took my older dog in for issues and the entire staff was extremely kind and easy going . I felt Dr. Kelly was honest and trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I didn't get good news which was very troubling but the staff was unusually sympathetic and kind. . Another reason I would go back is because unlike many vet clinics, there is no shaming or high pressure sales to afford treatments that many cannot afford. They simply give a honest assessment and are compassionate about costs and what is most helpful to pet.

We love everyone here! They were so kind and caring with our kitten Maverick, who came to us as a stray. They took time with us and answered any and all questions we had. I highly recommend this place!!!!

I'm biased because the Doc and I drive the same truck. This place and it's staff have always done a great job of taking care of my menagerie. They are very accommodating and professional. If you call ahead with a request, they are ready for you when you get there. My pets always feel comfortable there and the staff really do care about their job and the pets they take care of. From someone who has always had pets, this is a great Dogtor.

Refused to help a possibly pregnant doe who was hit by a car and still alive right outside their driveway. They cited legal issues as their excuse. The deer just layed there and suffered until a policeman came and put her down. I sat with her until they came. The game warden was out of town as well. I'm sure this hospital does good work with domestic animals but I could've used some help today.

The friendliest vet staff! Very knowledgeable and personable. We brought in a hedgehog which was very uncommon for this office, but the vet did her research and provided us with solid information on how to treat his issue. Left very happy with the overall experience. A short wait time, but they made sure to explain that to us upfront so we knew what to expect.

I appreciate that they explain things to you very well, I just wish she would have handled my cat a bit more gently. I understand why they are the way they are. I just wish they were a little more gentle with their cats - I don't know how they are with dogs. Also not the most affordable place if you are a college student. But they are very knowledgeable and will get you the answers you're looking for if you're having issues with vets being transparent.

Excellent care for my mini dachshund. We were passing through town, and our 12 year old doxie needed medical care. We were able to get an appointment that afternoon. We arrived early and did need to wait a bit, which I didn't mind. There are 2 entrances, one for dogs and another for cats. (Smart and thr first time I have seen this). The staff was professional, as was the doctor. It was obvious that everyone who worked here loved pets. I recommend this practice if you are looking for great care for your pet.
