Been a fav store for years, the clothes are mostly garbage you have to devote time into searching every rack. The employees have issues, one day they're ok, the next you get glared at for daring to come in. Idk some days I don't want the drama while I shop, so I go to belk or maurices

Hadn't been here since covid shut things down. Stopped by today for some bling for my granddaughter quenciater. As usual the Manger was really helpful. She helped me match some necklaces to two of the dresses I will be wearing.. if you are shopping in nac. Stop by snd say high yo the manager CARMEN.

I have not been in this store in years and was I disappointed today when I did go in to shop. No one acknowledged I was there or asked to help me. Totally different from what it used to be. Very disappointed.

Honestly i left no one came up or even acknowledged me and ask if they could help. There were 2 women talking about people and jobs and they were so negative i could not stand to listen to them anymore. I don't know if they worked there or not. They were not speaking softly at all. I can tell you the one woman was upset that she felt her job didn't recognize her achievements, but they gave her a jacket and a raise. There were people there that didn't work as hard as her.... I honestly got so sick of hearing them complain after about 15 mins of looking for something to wear to a funeral i just left and went elsewhere. This is not what i expect from a Catos. I am always greeted when i walk in and always someone willing to help me find something.
