OMG, Yasyna or what or whatever her name is who's supposed to be a manager is actually threatened me yesterday because they have bad product and customer service this place is a piece of work. Even refused to pick up the trash that they are still charging my card for I guess I will be seeing them in court definitely going to seek further advice but the PD in this town is it just as worse

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, dont waste your time even looking at what they offer online according to the manager of this store they don’t even have the ability to get what they offer. The manager is a joke and should be working at mcdonald’s definitely not running a store. On top of the unprofessionalism there’s roaches running around the whole store and in all the furniture ?

My experience was bad on the last thing I bought I needed a serviceperson to come out to fix my refrigerator they said that they would send one out I have never seen one yet I paid for it I have purchased other things from them had no problem but this purchase I did I will not ever ever go back in that store the manager lies
