Some of the worst service, that I have experienced. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers. I spent 45 minutes in the store looking for a specific size and type of boot and was prepared to buy the boots and several other FR items. I had to stand and wait while they finished their conversation before getting "pointed" in the right direction. I decided that I would spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I won't go back.

Don't ever waste your time here, on top of having some of the laziest employees I've ever been around the manager will inform you it's your fault. Also don't let your girls around the blonde one with a beard. He constantly harassed my girls and they're 12 and under. When I told the manager she only said she didn't understand what I was saying.

Ordered online, picked up in store. The ladies who were working were super sweet. I can't remember the managers name, but she said to ask for the red-headed manager. She was awesome.

If you should choose to shop here, do not buy the house brand of boots (Cody James.) My last pair of boots (different brand) lasted 10 years. I bought a Cody James pair that looked sturdy as a replacement. A few months after purchase the sole started falling off. I don't wear these boots in an oily environment, nor do I wear them in mud or abuse them in any other way. Despite this, Boot Barn won't cover their own product falling to pieces after a few months of casual wear. I tried gluing it but that didn't work, I'm going to try gluing it again as I don't really have an option. Don't waste your money on something that's just going to fall apart with no guarantee that the company that produced it will help in repair or replacement. Oh, and this pair is supposed to be oil resistant which is laughable since they fell apart without ever being exposed to any kind of oil.

My son needs a weird size in a certain fit, nearly impossible to find, I gave up and came in here. And I won't go anywhere else period. Theses guys were over and above generous. They helped so much. I believe we went with bootbarn brand, Cody James jeans. They had his size in many styles. Such an easy purchase. And the jewelry, just wow. No doubt we are coming back

Boot Barn needs to realize that there are more hats than Cody James . Resistol makes a hat also. What I'm referrin to is their hat selection has a lot to be desired !
