Well-run Walmart!
Checkouts are clean and clear of go-backs. Greeters are friendly and chat with regulars. On Mother's Day, a greeter handed me a rose and kind words, which was very touching.
Staff is always helpful, and I notice the camaraderie among them and management while they stock shelves and handle curbside orders.

Customer service is terrible. With my child and they are writing receipt numbers down, wouldn’t give an explanation of what they were doing. After 5 minutes of standing at the front we walked out with our cart and no receipt. Horrible customer service and down right rude.

We had a negative experience with the associate who works in the women’s department.. While looking for women’s underwear she chastised me for opening a package that was already opened. She then continued to stare and watch as my daughter and I continued to shop.. When we left the aisle, I thanked her as I am sure it took a lot of her valuable time to stare and watch us shop for underwear. I’m positive her time could’ve been better served elsewhere.. Her response was to completely ignore me with downcast eyes.. Funny she had no problem talking to me when she thought I was doing something wrong. Very rude associate.

Dressing room attendants are awful. One unlocked the door on me changing. Super pushy, and constantly knocking. There wasn't even a line.

Sonol the associate at the customer service doesn’t have any customer service attitude she always made things hard to return or give you a gift card I know Walmart policy is different than this I have seen people return even a cake that been eating halfway, there is something wrong about her way of dealing with customer maybe the manager needs to look into that to correct that specific behavior.
