This place sucks fist of all we got there at 2:45 pm and did not leave till 11:00 pmthe girl that did my sister in laws hair should not be in the hair industry, it took her eight hours to do one person’s hair and she messed it up completely. And Left my sister-in-law under a heat lamp for an hour and a half and made her hair three different colors and we ended up leaving the salon with her hair looking exactly the same as it did when we got there and they still charged 750 bucks for my sister-in-law, my mother-in-law’s hair even though she messed up both of there hair and they quoted me $220 and ended up charging me $340 I will not be going back and they called the cops on my mother-in-law, even though she paid her bill

Always a good time when I come in.
Ashley does a great job listening and gives me what I ask for.
Cynthia did my cut. You know it is a good cut when it falls just how you want after you wash it. And not just after the first wash but the 3rd, 5th, 7th and so on as well. Very happy with my cut.
Sabrina did my daughters color and we love it. Daughter wanted purple for summer but we have a lot of church activity for the summer so had to keep it kind of subtle. She did beautiful purple highlights on my very dark haired girl. With my daughters type of hair we will be going back soon for more color but that has been our experience every time she has colored her hair regardless where we go.

So I came in with at least three different colors in my hair (orange, black, and blonde) due to dying my hair red and then trying to highlight back to blonde after. I had no idea it would be so difficult to get the red out and not be orange. I chose Darlene because of the reviews online and I am so glad I did. She was really nervous to do my hair because it was damaged and so many different colors but she took on the challenge. She ended up having to do a full color correction on me but didn’t charge me the insane price that would’ve been. It took 5 hours in the salon, a ton of bleach, a million foils, a lot of talent and care but she did it. She even had to take clients in between my stages because I was there so long. I left with a beautiful blonde color even though we weren’t sure it was even possible. Darlene was so worried about my hair that she did a free conditioning treatment on me which took a lot of extra time but preserved my hair after all the trauma it has endured. Lesson learned, never put permanent red if you ever plan on being a different color. On top of the extreme discount she gave me she also gave me free samples of expensive shampoo and conditioner. I’ve been to plenty of stylists that would gladly tell me to come back in a month but Darlene insisted I wait at least three months before doing anything else to my hair in an effort to keep it healthy. My hair feels so much better, it looks so much better and I feel normal again. I am so grateful I found her and will be going back in three months. Believe me, you can trust her with your hair! A millions thanks to her and full spectrum salon (which is beautiful by the way)
