The night manager octaves and the young gentleman that just started that works for him is one of the best oil change automotive shops I've ever been in!!! They give all vets 25 percent off ,but they also had a coupon for 25 dollars ,but was so honest they helped and told which to use to save the most... octaves looked at my cabin filter and realized kwik kar lube ripped me off and didn't change out the one I paid for!!! Kwik kar has already replaced my skid plate and it's already messed up again cause of them... the night manager from take 5 just didn't fix it but also found the loose bolt and replaced the other others for free!!!! To let yall know I've gave reviews only once for a soldier!!!! This is my second I live an hour away o will go there from now on... it there was such thing as 10 stars for best customer service, better prices and not to get ripped off and for once told the truth go to take 5 in Murphy after 12 cause at least I know the night manager comes then and closes at 8....

Convenient getting to stay in the car. Good for basic services. Been getting inspections there and it's pretty painless. The techs are pretty typical for the job and age group, lots of cussing and messing around etc, that's my only suggestion for improvement. Thanks ?

The only gripe I have is the wait I was in. Took about 30min just to get started. Overall, over an hour from when I pulled in. Hindsight, I should have just recognized the line for what it was and gone elsewhere. This is my advice.
