Carrollton Drywall & Painting Services were referred by a neighbor. Our new house had a few drywall holes they patched, painted the entire interior of our home and later in the summer we hired them again to paint the outside. I don't usually post reviews but I was grabbing their info to refer to my co-worker and thought it's worth the time to do so!

I'm a painting contractor, and primarily use only Sherwin-Williams paint. So I go to many different locations for products. This store is my home store. I always have a good experience here, they go out of their way to help and provide what I need. If they don't have the product I need, they get on the phone and find it. When I need painting supplies I make sure this store is the first stop. If you need paint, come here. The staff is awesome!

Two people mixing paint totally ignored us (even though they kept looking at us), and the guy on the floor helped someone buy paintbrushes and didn't even look over. It was like we were invisible - us and the other 2 people behind us. No one said a word to us - not even "we'll be right with you." Then, when we he floor guy finally acknowledged us at the counter, he disdainfully said they didn't have our paint can size - we'd have to buy a gallon, not a quart. No - let me go check or anything! Terrible customer service!!!!!

Murphy’s Sherwin Williams is open to go inside to look and purchase. I had a safe and pleasant experience with a kind employee helping me. Everyone had on masks and social distanced.
