“If you need storage, go see Samantha at Advantage Storage! We had a need for several units while moving between homes. Samantha went above and beyond to find us the right units at the right price, taking advantage of promotions. In addition, was very flexible as we didn’t know how many units we would need. She also helped us find units close to each other on the same floor. Super accommodating and great customer service. We will be keeping at least one unit here and consolidating. Great job Samantha!! “We've had a storage unit with Extra Space Storage in Allen, TX, on Greenville and Bethany for a number of years now. Every 9 to 10 months or so there's a rate increase and it's usually a pretty stark increase. I'm grateful for the help in having this rate increase reduced instead of how ridiculously much they usually raise it. This time, however, Nathan at this location went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciate his help! We still have a rate increase, but it's small enough that we can afford it given the perilously rough times in our great Country right now. Thank you, Nathan, for all of your help with reducing this rate increase to a workable amount!”

“I rented a Public Storage unit recently in the Richardson area. I had questions about paying my rent in person at other locations closer to where I live. I was near the 2200 Avenue K location in Plano. Vanessa and Nick were there, and said some places only have the self-serve kiosks. I prefer to pay in person to a human being, and get a confirmation receipt printed out. Vanessa answered all my other questions as well when Nick was assisting another customer. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Thank you both!

I am a long time Public Storage customer at several locations beginning in the 1990's. All the employees I've met over the years have been very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Kim @ 2200 K Ave Plano TX 75074 is one of the best. She helped me recently, and numerous times for several years. Also, I met Kyle who assisted me with making a payment. Thank you both very much! “I used to use this storage facility before Extra Space tookover. I never had a problem with it but had some pest issues. Changed to Public Storage for a while and they were hiking my charges to over 3x what I originally signed up for! I asked Nick the manager about that information and he was upfront that the cost and explained everything for us. I liked the transparency he gave us with everything, and he was very nice! Very pleasant experience.”
