The service here is the worst I have seen. They care nothing for the patients even though you are suffering. I went there for a drug test and has been instructed to hold urine and not drink too much water to avoid dilute result. I checked in early and hope to get the test sooner since I can't hold any more. The practitioner showed no sympathy and told me to wait until the line is clear even though the later sign in patient is lined in front of me. The tests are done really slow!! If you can't manage it, it's all your fault!!!

Marwah was simply amazing. Very proffessional and calming and made this process a lot smoother and easier for me as I'm sure she does with everyone. I was super nervous going in and she immediately reassured me. Whatever they are paying her is not enough!!! Definitely recommend

I had a 2:10 appointment and wasn’t seen for an hour after the apt time. I had an important work meeting that I missed and I’m tired of them requiring me set an appointment that they don’t even hold to. If there was anyone ACTUALLY at the location such as a manager I would have complained but they are so understaffed there was no one and nothing anyone could do.

The lady that helped was amazing, friendly, funny and so lovely her name is Shaquice, she was best made everything go smoothly so professional but makes you feel so comfortable everything went seamlessly because of her.

I feel like announcing your upcoming medical procedures, with the door open, loud enough for the patient across the hall to hear them and make direct eye contact with you (affirming they heard every word) is a violation of HIPAA. I'm not a lawyer, but it just didn't seem ok or professional. Also, I paid for my blood work the day of the procedure, and they attempted to charge me a second time MORE THAN a MONTH later. Blood was drawn the first week of January. They attempted to charge me again on February 20th. They do not perform procedures without receiving payment first, so I don't know why they attempted to charge me again. I've tried to call billing several times, but the hours of operation are so sparse that I have not been able to speak to anyone.

They were behind and slow. People was starting to stand that’s how full it became. This is even with an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had the most pleasant experience. Arrived, checked in via the check-in station, and they called me 10 min later. The nurse was so sweet! I will definitely select this location every time!

Terrible service they don't care about the patients that come in they are only sitting there to milk the clock their best interest is not in the patient. They really should think about changing staff.
