Me and my dog love the Pet Suites. They are friendly and he enjoys being there instead of home alone. They offered great specials and I am able to check on my dog with their webcam. Which is very important.

Needed a boarding reservation for my 3 pups and had an incredible experience speaking with the most patient receptionist who politely assisted me on the phone for 20 minutes and who patiently answered every single question I had or could have had. She was very reassuring and essentially conveyed that they were more than willing to accommodate all owners and pets needing various services or various levels of care while boarding!! Thanks a million Larissa.

Have had my dog stay there overnight on several occasions and also has been to their day camp. Staff is always friendly and my dog seems to have a good time.

Marley Mae loves coming for daycare to play with her friends. We have also boarded her there, and have good experience with that too.

Pet Suites has been top notch in caring for my Senior Lab. The entire staff is so friendly, and Dusty, my dog, is always super excited when we arrive. I would recommend Pet Suites Murphy for Day Play, Boarding and grooming.

I won a free spa service, and when I called, I was told it included a wash, blow-dry, sanitary areas, eye grooming, and paw pads. When I got there, I was told different things from 2 other people.He had a couple of small mats behind ears and on his elbows and toes( not a lot of matting at all). I didn't like the initial interaction the groomer had with my dog as it seemed cold. They ended up bathing him and brushing him out(did not remove a single fur mat), which was fine, but the main reason I went was the paw pads, and they didn't do those. They trimmed his eyes, and you can tell they used a shaver, and a day later, he has a massive eye infection, which I can assume is from them not cleaning their tools. I was happy to get him back because, really, I just didn't feel good about leaving him there. The groomer just seemed annoyed with everything about him even though I told them in our first talk that he was a puppy who hadn't been groomed before. However. I can easily bath him, trim his eyes and ears, brush him, and do his nails by myself with no issues. I was told multiple things by multiple people, and even the groomer changed what the offer was twice. I was told he'd be done in 2-3 hrs, then tod not until at least 6 hours later, which I couldn't do. I'm glad I got to try this place for free because now I know not go there again. It just didn't seem like they actually like dogs.

First visit with our 2 puppies for their first cut.was a great experience! We went a couple days ahead for a tour of the facility without the pups. Employees were all very friendly and the tour was very thorough, it’s clean and organized. The day of their grooming we were welcomed and pups were at ease with them. Groomer (Racheal) came to meet us and talk about their cut and tried to learn their demeanor and set expectations. Happy, handsome boys when we picked them up.

Believe the bad reviews. My sister and I left our dogs here in a pinch over the Christmas holiday and boarded them together, believing that both dogs would be well taken care of. Mind you they are 7 month old puppies, unfortunately while my sister’s dog Hermione appears to have been treated okay my dog Remus came home extremely skinny, fearful, and cowers at the slightest raised voice even when it’s not directed at him. On the website they say they will give a progress report on your pet, we left our dogs there for 8 days (scheduled, and couldn’t pick them up on the 31st since they closed early on our scheduled pick up day) only received the report the day before we were supposed to pick them up. I am extremely disappointed that this occurred given the amount of money and trust that was given to this place. Also, they did not have a notice on their door at drop off on the Dec. 23rd letting anyone know that they would be closed on the Jan.1st to pick up our dogs and had to pay an extra day of boarding fees because of this. I’ve worked in digital marketing and know that a generic please contact us at this number to discuss will be put under this post for potential new clients to see, or they will say “we can’t find you in our system” as to dissuade potential new clients from believing this review or that they care to follow up. But I warn please do your research when boarding your pet, while one dog appears to be fine, my dog was either treated poorly by the staff and/or neglected.

We brought our two cats to stay at PetSuites over the week of Christmas. When we dropped them off, we were able to see their spot and ask any questions we had. Because we had two cats, they were able to stay together and that saved some money. They make it easy to explain their feeding ritual through the app-I was able to document everything there. I received Paw-gress reports that included a picture. I could tell they received plenty of play time. We needed to extend an extra day and that was also easy via text messages. The communication is great! I highly recommend!

Great place. Our dogs love it. Lots of options for daycare, boarding, training, grooming, and great options for dogs who prefer playing with only people as well.
