“I just wanted to extend a big “thank you” to the girls who work at this store. I was in a car accident today and the girls here came out to check on me. They showed extraordinary kindness in a world that needs to see more. I was fortunate enough to walk away with only minor injuries (the other driver was ok as well) and I am thankful for that, but I thought it worth taking the time to let them know how much their actions truly meant to me during a very traumatic experience. Today, they stood up and took action when it could have been very easy to ignore the situation and do nothing. Ladies: you made a difference in my life today and it may sound silly, or you may not see it that way, but it meant a lot. I appreciate you. “This is a pet store for dogs and cats. For some reason I thought there'd be stuff for urban farm animals like chickens too, but nope! It's a cute place though, and I found some really cute toys for my cats and dog that I haven't seen anywhere else. I'm dying to buy the jackalope dog toy next time I'm there!”
“We've been coming here for years to purchase seeds for our birds. The prices were great before COVID, but now all prices have increased, some have even doubled in price. Other than that they have great customer service and a huge selection of products. They also have live birds and rodents for sale. They'll load the heavy stuff in your trunk.”

“Went to Hollywood feed yesterday just to check it out. We usually go to pet supplies plus or PetSmart or Petco. After a lengthy visit with a nice staff member who explained a lot to us that we did not know. We’ve decided to change our dogs food. One fifteen year old dog and one two year old dog. We decided to try the Fromm dog food. Based on what the lady explained to us in store. So far our picky little eaters seem to love the new kibble. So looks like Hollywood feed might just have gained our business due to this nice lady who helped us yesterday. Hollywood feed it is. Five stars.”
“Nice store. I love the dog bath card that they do. They have a lot of treats and items too that come in super handy. Their shampoos at the dog wash areas are always solid too. I love how this location has those little signs that says this wash area has been sanitized so you know which ones have been cleaned and which ones haven’t.My one pointer of improvement would just be that I’d like to see the dog wash area be kept a little cleaner, is all!”

“We took our dog to be groomed here and they turned out absolutely gorgeous. We have 2 shitzu, a older one who has been groomed and a first time groomer. They allowed us to set aside extra time for the first timer just incase. Their grooming was perfect and they used a light mild vanilla scent on their coat which lasted about a week. The pricing is very reasonable, our pups hadn't been to the groomer in while so I was expected a bunch of extra charges as I'm use to from previous groomers, this was not the case. Very professional I will be back!”

“Location, location, location! This is VERY handy to both Rowlett and Rockwall shoppers. It is easy to get in and out of the shopping center too. Despite it being an Unleashed store, it has everything I could want, except RX prescription foods, i.e. Science Diet Giomme for Sensitive Stomachs. Otherwise, it always has what I need. Wish they provided Biogroom shampoos and conditioners. They are wonderful and they totally eliminate "doggie" smell for a long time. Also, a full line of Royal Canin dog food would be perfect. It is expensive, but not if you consider teeth cleaning is not necessary when on the food!”
“Groomers are incredible even able to handle our difficult dogs. Only complaint is that their fish selection is limited on weekends after the Thursday delivery of fish and overall their fish selection is very limited. Other Petsmarts have better fish selections.”
“We brought our 6 year old and 16 week old here for the very first time. I was so impressed!! They look great and we happy to see us, not anxious like i thought they would be. Met the 2 owners, very friendly, front staff very sweet. Thank you doggie zen den!! We will definitely be back.”

“I would definitely recommend Petsmart Hotel at Custer and 121. We love everyone who works there. They are awesome with our doggies and always greet them with smiles and open arms. Our dogs love going there and I feel at ease and know they are completely taken care of especially, when we leave them for 10 days at a time. Love love love them!!!”
