The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent, and the shop itself was very clean and well organized, which I really appreciated.
Communication was also excellent — they were able to text updates when I couldn’t get on the phone, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. “I had a great experience with only one person at this T-Mobile in Murphy and that was Jordan! I was having problems changing service from T-Mobile to Spectrum. I talked to many people in store and on the phone and NO ONE could or would help me! I didn't have phone service for weeks and still got charged for service to my phone. I was ready to give up and decided to try one more time and actually prayed for the right person that could finally help me! Enter Jordan ! This young lady was an answer to my prayers! Jordan was so nice and kind! Jordan was opposite from everyone else I had been dealing with in this situation! Jordan listened and I was assured of her willingness to help me! Jordan figured out with just a phone call and was able to get my problem solved! I had another problem the next day and called to make sure she was working before I went back to the store and again problem solved!
