Dr. Johnson is probably the worst providers I have seen. I saw her from 2019-2021 and transferred my care elsewhere. I was a young adult who did not know better. My mother is under her care and I am transferring her elsewhere as well. My mother had blood pressure issues along with some other health issues and Dr. Johnson refused to acknowledge or address it. It took her being going to the ER for the doctor to treat my mom's condition. Not to mention that her medical assistant and front staff never answer the phone or take calls nor do they address messages through my chart. Please if you appreciate your health and wellbeing, do not go here.

The doctors are good but the front counter employees are not very welcoming. Also if you are applying as a new patient, be prepared to wait for MONTHS before your first visit.

They make you wait very long if you’re a new patient. Months and months before they even see you. I hope we are treated a little better once we become “established patients”. Only time will tell.

Highly unprofessional staff, I don’t know how these front desk staff still have a job. Wasted my appointment due to their negligence and every time you call, they have an attitude.

Dr Johnson is truly the greatest. I cannot express how much I love her! Every time I have the pleasure of seeing her, I manage to cry—as she has this look in her eyes that shows all the care in the world. Her energy is a warm blanket enclosing every space she is in; she is kind, sweet, and just a beautiful person in and out. She is a blessing to this world, and I am incredibly grateful to her as my doctor. This location is just wonderful, and I love all the staff (especially the medical assistants, they are so delightful).

Dr Denise Johnson is the best provider one can ask for! She came in the room with the biggest smile, lighting up the entire room. She is respectful and kind—I don’t know where to even begin to describe what a wonderful person she is. Dr Johnson is the first physician where I truly felt comfortable talking to. My daughter was raving about Dr Johnson prior to my first appointment, and I understand why everyone loves her! What a delightful woman and doctor. Very grateful to have her as my PCP, I cannot rave enough about her after just this one appointment. She made my entire week. Thank you so so so much.

I would give this place a negative rating if I could. How do some of these doctor's practice? My sister was in excruciating pain and called the office at least 3 times to speak with Dr. Denise Johnson. This is after consultations in the office and delays in getting imaging orders that required the patient to keep following up. My sister calls the answering service and this doctor is on call and does not return pages. The second answering doctor refused to speak with my sister. It's Friday evening and heading to the ER to add to the number that their ER colleagues have to take care of. We are in healthcare and we understand that we are all overworked but what happened today surpassed negligence.

I chose Dr. Denise Johnson for my GP after seeing a lot of great reviews, and I don't regret it at all. Not only is she attentive, caring, and personable, she was the first doctor I've had in over five years to try and get to an underlying cause of a long-term but annoying symptom I've never been bothered to investigate further. I walked out of her office feeling my health had been prioritized in a rare way.

i have called them almost every day for the last month and they never answer their phones, they also scheduled my next appointment for a holiday they weren't even open, I am now 2 months late to my medication because they won't answer my calls or give me my paper work!

Absolutely don’t recommend! There’s no way to get to the front office or the billing team. I’m trying to get confirmation for an upcoming appointment and out of pocket costs but no one will answer or tell me the right information!Update:I got there today for my appointment and was told my appointment is canceled.

This office is terrible with communication. I had a test completed around Christmas. It's now January 31st and I have not heard back. I've even check my messages and test results in the MyChart APP.I've called the office on several occasions without an answer. I've left voicemails and I have send communication to a nurse and directly to Dr. Farris through the MyChart app requesting a phone call back. The APP indicates the staff last viewed my messages on January 26th (nurse) and January 27th (Dr. Farris). It's now January 31st and have not heard from them. Again, I'm trying to follow up on test results from CHRISTMAS!!
