“A month ago I purchased a GE Profile 36” induction cook-top. I had purchased one from a NC Sears outlet and had it shipped a few weeks before, but it was destroyed by the freight company. This time, I wanted to pick up the cook-top but I live in Austin. So I called the store and spoke to the assistant manager Shawn. I explained the situation and that my husband would be coming to the area at the beginning of April for a fishing trip and could pick up the cook-top then IF he was willing to set it aside for me. He said he would be happy to do so and would make sure nothing happened to it. I really appreciated Shawn’s willingness to help me out and I can. Or wait to get my cook-top installed.”
