My outdoor kitchen water pipe busted due to the extreme winter we had. I called Roto-Rooter to come out. I had a time between 9am-1pm. They should up at 3pm. After assessing the issue, they provided me a quote of $575. I approved it and he said he needed a part and would be back. They came back about 45 mins later and than told me that the part wouldn't work. To make matters worst, he informed me that the initial price would now be $1074. I went to Lowe's and the plumbing technician guy "Austin" walked me through how to repair the issue. $50 dollars and 25 minutes later, my pipes were fixed.

Worst customer service ever. Stood in line just to check lost and found for a lost phone for an hour with two associates behind the counter for customer service and then three associates to the side just chitchatting how their weekend was. Then after finally being help associate try to put together a search and rescue team for my phone in the six different departments that I visited when I just needed to know if it was put in the lost and found. What part of a simple question is it in the lost and found simple yes or no does it take an hour and a half and store associate acting like fools. Not to mention time wasted lack of intelligence

Lowes customer service counter is terrible. Barb is as pleasant as a colonoscopy without anesthesia! She is rude, slow, incompetent and could care less about helping customers. Her co-worker was just as rude to another customer. Lowes in Murphy is very convenient for me, but i will go out if my way for good customer service (and better prices) a few miles away at Home Depot!

Tried to return some flooring. Store would not allow it due to purchase initially being over 90 days ago. I offered to pay a restocking fee and store credit. They would not allow the return. So back when I ordered, it was ok for it to take forever to ship and arrive at the store but now they are concerned about time. I had made several trips asking about when it would arrive.

We purchased front and rear entry doors including delivery and installation. We chose high end fiberglass for both doors and the front door, 6 feet wide included matching side lites in a master frame. All three front glass panels were full height decorative caned and frosted glass. The rear door was a single unit was also with full height clear glass. Due to supply line issues, Covid influenced I am sure, the order fulfillment process was almost 90 days. Not a problems as I understand the dynamics involved. The store worked with us on the doors pre install delivery. Installation was by Lowe's Install Partners. Their man, Victor, arrived as scheduled and executed the install himself. He was here 8 hours. His attention to detail and carpentry skills are superb. The door install included installing all new door hardware -handles and dead bolts. It includes the haul away of the old doors and work area clean up. All trim lumber comes primed so there Is flexibility in having the finish paint installed. A long day but the end result is incredible in the visual impact on our home.

Pitiful customer service. After today, I'm done with Lowe's. I went to pick up a door that I ordered online on April 14th. Since I showed up rather early this morning, the store wasn't very busy. I checked in at the front desk and the clerk verified my order and said the door would be retrieved by someone within a few minutes. He specifically said to wait out front at the entrance. 15 minutes go by and nothing. I go back in to make sure I'm in the correct entrance. The clerk said they are getting the door. And said that it was very heavy. And apologized. So another 15 minutes go by and nothing. I go back in at this point demand to speak with someone that can get this process going. The store was full of employees and having to wait 30 minutes for my door is beyond ridiculous. To top that off - come to find out the store has had my door since May 4th, and it's the 9th now. I had to check online to see where my door was since it was hit with a shipping delay with an expected arrival day of April 24th then changed to the 30th. So it gets there May 4th, and you mean to tell me 4-5 days later the store does not call to let the customer know that the order is In for pickup? WTF? Lowe's or at least this location is a joke as far as customer service goes. The cherry on top. I get the door home (a steel door) and notice the cardboard packing had a gash. Sure enough I remove the cardboard and there is a quarter sized hole in the door. About the only thing that could do this is a forklift. I've got contractors showing up Wednesday to do a job and having to monkey around with Lowe's over this is ludicrous ....... just a comedy if errors. So I fixed that by applying JB Weld, smoothing it out, priming the spot and light sanding it with wet 600 grit and you can hardly see the spot. Never again will this store get a dime from me. Lowe's reevaluate how you deal with customers. We're more than just transactions and revenue.

Poor customer service. I can walk through Target and 5 people will ask if I need any help. At this Lowe's, you can hang out by the grills for 15 minutes and never get approached by anyone. I'll just buy my grill at HD.

The staff is very polite and responsive while they are stealing from you. I had a palette of tile being shipped to me. First they said shipping would be $400. They knew it was a discontinued item and I had no choice. So I paid it. Paid it! Gave them my money. Then after a week it wasn't shipped. I called and they said, "Oh it will be $800 to ship". No, I already paid $400, which is a lot. They said ok and proceeded to FedEx me 28 boxes of tile individually. 28 tracking numbers. They just let FedEx throw them into the back of a truck apparently. Which FedEX managed to shatter. All of them. Gone. Again, discontinued product. Irreplaceable. Lowes put in a claim (since they are the shipper) and this week FedEx CONFIRMED to me on the phone that they have paid Lowes the claim money and I have to reach out to Lowes. I did and I was just told that they didn't receive any money and the risk was on me (since I didn't agree to their demand to double my shipping cost after the fact) so I can't get the claim money and they won't give me a refund. My home renovation is half finished because this location took 7 weeks to NOT delivery my product, mishandled it, according to FedEx made money on the whole exchange, and then through all of it refused to refund my money as customer goodwill after countless problems and phone calls. Bad customer service happens sometimes but I've never had a national brand actually STEAL from me before.

They were going to "do me a favor" and order a sample cabinet door to be sure of the color and style. Should take about 2 weeks. Six weeks later, after some prodding on my part, they said they never got the sample and never heard back from the cabinet company rep. The guy who ordered the sample for me TALKED to the rep, so there is no way he didn't get the request. The cabinet guy went out for surgery and absolutely NOBODY at Lowe's followed up. "They don't have a system for doing that." Their other excuse was that two of the cabinet companies merged -- 6 months ago -- and so the email request might not have gotten to the right person. I was there when the cabinet guy talked to the rep. There is no excuse for this. Nobody cares. Par for the course for Lowe's. Why was I so delusional as to think this would be an exception to their "bad" rating on Yelp? That rating is well-deserved.

Lowe's in Murphy has got issues. There are not many associates in any department. And if you flag one down they don't know anything. I know this because they tell me they don't know. If you ask a different associate for help they don't know either, but have a different way of explaining how much they don't know. This falls on bad management in my opinion. They place associates in the paint department that are not trained to mixed paint, but seem to be able to great customers just to tell them they are unsupervised and do not know how to work this department. This place is truly unbelievable. No problem Lowe's! You met my expectations-back to Home Depot I go.

Bought a washer and dryer here. The wait time to talk to someone about buying one is unreal. Waiting at least 30 minutes. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! Then i bought my washer and dryer and it's a week and half for delivery. Lol. Hopefully nothing will be wrong with them cause I'll send them back. You would think making customers happy would be what they want to do. And when they deliver they give you a 4 hour window you have to stay out at home. Oh well. Bad customer service

These guys are great. No matter how many times or whatever my needs or issues have been. They were there for me. Mohamed, Cornilious, and Brian all bent over backwards to fill my orders and take care of me. Fast and always very professional. They are the reason Lowe's is my go-to home improvement store. A big thumbs up goes to these guys and to many other employees scattered throughout the store.

There is never anyone available to help you. The store is clean and well stocked. The help I did find an hour later wasn't knowledgeable in the department they worked. I have tried 4 times now with no improvement. I make the longer drive to Home Depot now.
