We are in the market for a new dishwasher and just spoke to Greg in the appliances section and he was so friendly, patient and helpful. He was super knowledgeable and kindly explained each dishwasher with their pros and cons. I wish more customer service representatives could be like Greg!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store felt clean and bright and it was laid out well. There were a bunch of sales for Memorial Day weekend but I beat the crowd so it wasn't bad. I'll be back here to shop again.

I'd give this 5 stars but have to settle at 4 because it's hard to find help when we go. This is typically midday so keep that in mind. When we do find someone, though, they are always friendly and helpful. The kids love going too and learning about projects so I can't complain one bit.
