We have been coming here for many years for all our vehicles and have been satisfied. But a visit a few weeks ago left us disappointed due to unethical behavior. There have also been complaints shared on our local Murphy women’s group by other customers.
We normally use them for mechanical work but this visit I decided it was time to do a nice detail job on my SUV. I spoke with the (new) manager over the phone, acquired estimate, and then the next morning, I met him in person (my husband and service associate were present and can vouch for the conversation that transpired) and did a quick “walk through”. He suggested I spend a little more to get more thorough detail work and I agreed so we came to agreement on final cost.
Midday, service dept notified my husband some work was needed in addt to oil change, adding on another $500+ on top of my $300+ detail work - we agreed.
Here is the part I am completely appalled by - upon pickup, without warning, UPCHARGED us on the detail work cost we had agreed on, indicating that “it was more work than they anticipated” and “if we are satisfied, there’s no reason we shouldn’t have a problem with paying more”. Why didn’t you call me midday to inquire if I’m ok with an increase in charge? And customer satisfaction is a given, not a reason to upcharge. This visit alone was almost $900 but now they have lost a longstanding customer and will be certain I will not be referring them to any of our local neighbors or friends!

I’ve been coming here for a while and one of the things I love the most was the customer service and the free car wash immediately after an oil change. came today, and that has completely changed. I had to drive my car into the car wash. I understand inflation and wanting to charge but I also feel with these times it is important to take care of the customer. I will not return. I can get my oil changed anywhere.

We do service in these shop for long time Saturday morning my wife took her car for service and I
The car was was perfect condition when she gave the after they finished and bring the car out they smashed front bumper and they said not in the shop. I saw the car when she drive to the shop we stay like one mile and she complain for the maneger. He told her to give him 30 minute to check on the record (why take 30 minute to check video record ) .
How ever. My wife she call police. After 30 minute they make up video recording by the time when police came they show him. As car bumped when enter the shop 100%shure. I saw the car when she took was no scratch. They deny and show new video for police. And the police can’t do nothing. Now we have pay for body show it’s 3rd incident these place.last time they change my car oil and forget to screw the engine cover and the cover fall down middle of the high way. Before that last year my suv takes 8pint I pay for 8pint and put it only 6pint and when I check oil gauge and he told me he forget and put it another two .
I suggest every customer must check out his car before drive out from these station.
Not trusted place. So disappoint

Be careful at this place. They steal your money. I had some cash in the console to tip the cleaners after wash but it was stolen. It wasn't the cleaners, so must be the ones who vacuum or drove the car through wash.

Since, I never got an oil change at this place for 2020 Audi A4, I called and got a quote for S89.99 for full synthetic oil change (I found out later that this cost does not include the filter. Really?) with Mobil 1 for up to 5 quarts but after taking the car and getting an onsite quote it went to $131 for 5.5 quarts of oil.
So they're definitely not honest with upfront quote and I ended up not using their service.

We did the interior detailing and bronze full service for each of our car and they did such a great job! Very hard working with great attention to detail. Would recommend paying a few extra bucks rather than using those automated car wash. We will definitely come back!
