“I wanted to share my experience at this location. My Samsung galaxy 23 was having major issues, so I called 611, got a replacement phone delivered to another store, however the young man there was not in mood to do his job. So I left and came to this location. Immediately greeted with a Good morning someone will be right with with. I believe her name was Moe. After a short wait, Jose approached me and asked what brings me in today. I explained my problem and he said let me see what he could do. I had paid for my warranty at the other location and he was not sure if he could return the old device. He went to the back room, to probably call the other location, came back out after a while, with the receipt and said no worries, let's get your phone working. I was so thankful for his kindness and patience. Jose took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He had two other customers but made sure that I understood how long it would take and why.

Today, thanks to JoJo’s wonderful help, I was able to do that today. She not only helped me, but helped also find better deals and plans for my family and partner on another service. I had talked to other t-mobile’s previously and these options were never presented to us. The entire process was so painless and right before I knew it, i’m looking at a brand new phone with everything on it from my old one. Jojo was not only extremely sweet and helpful, but did such an amazing job making sure my mother who is on our family plan, was 100% aware of everything that would be changed on her plan with my addition to the phone. Highly recommend asking for JoJo!”

“We have/had been a Verizon customer for 20 years and we went into this Spectrum Store to arrange internet for our Home - Owen Valdez was our "specialist" and indeed he was. He explained the new system concisely and answered our questions in a way that normal people could understand. We ended up switching our phone service plus upgrading our phones which we had not done at Verizon because there customer service is horrible. When we ran into some technical glitches Adam (store manager) jumped in to help make the transition possible- Verizon put up all sorts of roadblocks on leaving their service. What a great team , what a pleasant surprize. Spectrum management - give these guys a raise and do not lose them, finding geat talent is hard to replace.”
