What i asked for vs what i got.. and on top of that they charged me $65??? PLUS i told the nail lady i was going to mexico and she asked me how come i wouldn’t get my nails done over there, that they probably didn’t do a good job nor had good products to do nails
RACIST MUCH? Never coming here again.

Cosmo Nails & spa left me with horrible nails. I left satisfied with my nails as they originally looked beautiful... however they did not even last me to the next morning. They started peeling off around the edges since the clear polish was pained over my cuticles. When I went back to get them fixed they painted over the chipped polish! Leaving it caked and I could still see the chipped polish underneath! This was NOT worth the $50. I do not care if this is regular polish. I understand it does not last as long as gel or dip but this is not an excuse for poor work or customer service! Regular polish should still at least last more than ONE NIGHT. I left fuming and unable to speak clearly to ask for a refund. I will never go back to this place. The quality is just horrible. Save your money , disappointment and time.

Maybe the best ever mani pedi! I chose the Deluxe Regular Manicure and Milk and Honey Pedicure and spent $120 with a 20% tip. Macy and Frank we both so very gentle and careful! They took their time with me ensuring my enjoyment. An elegant salon environment.

Came in for a fill, customer service wasn’t great from the time I sat down. Tech tried to convince me that I had dip powder before coming in (when I know I hadn’t). Just rude service overall. Disappointed that I even gave them my money. Definitely would never come back & definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Around 5pm I called to see if we were able to set up an appointment or if they accepted walk ins, they responded with "yes yes". Assuming that they meant "yes" to walk ins, we simply went around 5:30pm. We got the services of two pedicures and one gel set of nails in which there was a huge language barrier between the gentleman doing my nails and me during the whole process. The first picture shown are of the nails I wanted done, but with a different color. The second picture is what was given, the nail tech did NOT know how to draw the hearts and instead tried insisting for me to choose a sticker design instead (which I would've agreed to if there were any choices rather than the 3 pieces of paper to see from). Considering that there were other technicians working at the time, it confused me as instead of helping the technician doing my nails, they decided to watch and even laugh at his attempts to draw a heart on my nails. I have experience getting my nails done before, which is why I included the third picture shown, as it demonstrates the residue left from not having me wash my hands before putting on the oil at the end of the service. The last two pictures shown are of the pedicure nails, anyone can see what is wrong with this (there is lumping occurring on the French tip). I hope the nail technician that did my nails learns the skills before starting on a set that he isn't able to complete, this was a completely unprofessional experience. Not a good vibe.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO-I recently visited Cosmo for a mani/pedi, and I feel compelled to share my experience to provide potential customers with some insight before they choose to patronize this establishment. While the salon boasts a clean and well-maintained ambiance, there were several aspects of my visit that left me dissatisfied.First and foremost, it's worth noting that they imposes a 3% surcharge fee on all card transactions, whether they are debit or credit. This policy, combined with their clear preference for cash payments, may come across as inconvenient to many customers. While I understand, the need for businesses to manage transaction fees, such additional charges can be off-putting.Upon my arrival, I couldn't help but notice that the salon was nearly empty, which raised some concerns about the quality of their services. I've been a regular nail salon customer for the past 15 years, and I've developed a keen eye for distinguishing good service from subpar service. Unfortunately, my experience at Cosmos left much to be desired.I opted for a manicure and pedicure during my visit, and both services fell short of my expectations. The technicians I was assigned to seemed to lack the necessary expertise and technique required for a satisfactory nail service. As someone who has had their nails done regularly for over a decade, I can confidently say that the results were far from what I've come to expect. The nails they applied ended up looking bulky and began lifting just a day after the appointment.While the pedicure was relatively better than the manicure, it too was marred by the technician's apparent lack of skill. It's disheartening to visit a salon and not receive the level of service one would expect.Moreover, the disorganization in their nail polish selection was surprising and unsettling. The colors were haphazardly jumbled together, making it a challenge to browse and choose a shade. This lack of order in the nail polish selection can create unnecessary stress for customers.Lastly, they offer a "longer-lasting" nail polish option, but this comes with an additional $4 charge. While it's common for salons to offer premium services, the fact that this option was presented as an upsell during my visit felt somewhat off-putting.While the salon's cleanliness was a notable positive aspect, it was overshadowed by the subpar services provided by the technicians, the disorganized nail polish selection, and the additional charges imposed on card transactions. I would cautiously recommend as a last resort option for nail services, but there are certainly better alternatives available in the area that provide a more consistent and enjoyable experience.

I visited this salon and asked for a pedicure and gel nails. Due to foot surgery, I only had one foot done. Upon paying, the manager charged me for a full pedicure! I asked if she was aware I only had one foot done and she said yes and continued to process the full amount. I told her I did not think that was right, but she didn’t care. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to this salon. Very poor customer service!!Services: Pedicure
