I had an unfortunate experience with Chase’s customer service that I feel is worth sharing. When I needed assistance with a straightforward issue, I was met with long hold times, repeated transfers, and unhelpful responses from staff who seemed uninterested in resolving my problem. The frustration and lack of effective support made the whole experience feel like a waste of time.
If you’re considering Chase, you might want to explore other options where customer service is more attentive and efficient. There are better alternatives out there for your banking needs.

I had an appointment this morning at this branch and when I arrived there I was surprised that the agent I had an appointment with was not there. They claimed she tried contacting me during the week to confirm my appointment. Still, I didn't answer the call, I checked my phone and showed my phone call record as well to the other agent and she told me that I didn't have a call from Chase, I also explained to the agent when I made this appointment to leave a voice mail or send an email if I didn't answer the call cause my work location has bad phone signal, anyway, thanks for your bad customer service and you were good wasting time team.

Came in to open a business account and walked right out. The guy wearing glasses working the front has the most unwelcoming and unprofessional attitude. Remember we "the customer" pay their salaries and never should be treated with an inch of disrespect, especially by a prejudice attitude employee. Will not return again and do not recommend this branch.

We went to pay my daughter's first car payment and the teller made the experience dreadful. First I forgot my ID so we had to go back to get it. But then she made a production of my profile not matching my address on my ID. I wasn't sure what she was talking about until she mentioned a city i had my previous title sent to me after I paid it off. So then she made the excuse that I had the wrong account number on there. I knew she was lying when I requested she write down my correct account number and it was the same one! I dislike being profiled. All we wanted to do was make a payment and not only did she waste our time she made the experience horrifying for my daughter. My only regret is I didn't talk to the manager and that was only because my daughter was with me.

Michael helped me out of a tight spot with a different branch's mess up. Chse hasn't been doing a very good job lately with customer service but I have to say the friendliness and help I received today actually gives me hope that staying with Chase is OK. So thank you Murphy branch!!

Went in to set up a business account for my car dealership and the process was smooth as butter thanks to Ann Park. She made the whole experience stress free and she was extremely informative. She will definitely be my go to liaison for any business needs with chase on the business side and I’m going to open a personal account because of her. I visited this location on 5-27-23.

Came in on a busy Saturday morning. Philip Pham was able to help us to open my son’s High School checking account. Philip was very helpful and very down to earth. The location is Murphy is flat horrible. There is an Asian PErsonal Banker who clearly does not want to work or help anyone. All she does is try to push everyone to call in. She is atrocious. She couldn’t spell customer service if she had to. Simply pathetic.

This bank manager has no idea what she's doing. I asked for a simple "proof of funds letter" to which she said "what's that?" Uhhh mostly used in the purchase of a big ticket items so the seller knows you're not wasting their time. How is it, you as a bank manager, has no idea what I'm talking about. Then, when I asked for just a statement printout, she tells me I have to make an appointment for more than 2 hours out...never visit this raggedy branch again...
