Team here is helpful and works to understand your needs. Selma, the branch manager is the main reason I visited this branch since she had helped me a few years ago. She connected me to Marley who ended up taking care of everything I needed making the experience both efficient and personable. Will visit them again!

PNC is the worst bank in the history of all banks. If you are even considering opening an account here go get a lobotomy because that would be easier than conducting business with this bank. This bank is horrific in their business practices. I wish they had never come to Texas.

PNC Murphy - Worst Bank !!!I have a 94 yr old father in a rehab center that has a special checking account that he would like me to control from this point forward. I took all the information to a reputable Law Firm in Wylie and they drafted up 3 different Power of Attorney's in which they went to the rehab center and had him sign and they notarized.Since that time I have had the occassion to have to act as his Power of Attorney in 3 different actions and with these POA's there was no issue and everything went smoothly.I went to the Murphy PNC and they did not approve the POA's and said they would have to send them to corporate. After 4 days I get a report back that I am denied so I go up there and they said I needed more documentation so I went back, copied what they asked for and took that to them. Four days longer I was denied again and said they required further documentation. I was so mad I stomped out of the bank and told them I would never be back.I actually went to the rehab center, got my father out of bed, dressed him, put him on his walker and in my vehicle and took him to the PNC location at George Bush & Garland Road. A lady there named Winnie helped me, even though there was a glitch when we first started and voices were raised she calmed the situation down, looked at the paperwork I had already submitted to the Murphy location and said they didnt need corporate approval for this, this is clear as day, you can close this account with no issue. Let me clear up this small glitch we have on the account right now and I will issue you a cashiers check which she did.My MANY THANKS go out to Winnie at the PNC Bank at George Bush and Garland Road but PLEASE everyone beware of the Murphy location - they do NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS - ONLY THEMSELVES !!!

They made my mother in law who can’t walk come in to the counter in stead of the drive through because we call the cashier 2 times !!! This “people “ treat customers like they are making a favor when they render your own money to you !!! Disgusting ‼️

Their mobile banking doesn’t work. It has been “temporarily unavailable” for months now.

I’m miss the old days of BBVA. PNC has been a huge downgrade in so many ways.

Mortgage Department totally botched my refinancing by ordering the appraisal (I paid the bill) before the refinance was secured and then closed my file saying I had not sent in the proper docs to proceed when I had and proved by the email I did. Because of PNC mistakes, I did not get the refinance done, lost the $800 in appraisal cost and they would not refund the loss they caused. I will never use the bank again on a mortgage deal.

Employees were rude and had me wait for more than an hour to cancel my account with them.

Not sure what kind of a bank refuses to cash checks but here we are. The wildebeest behind the counter wasny very helpful. I did take my check to another location and thy cashed my check no problem. Just goes to show this location was to lazy to do it for me.

We liked Compass until BBVA bought them out several years ago. We used this branch for a few years when we moved into the area, but eventually switched to another bank.

I won’t come to this branch again. I was just depositing cash and the lady in the drive thru was rude and served two customers that arrived AFTER me BEFORE me.

My wife passed away and she received a check to an estate account. I was told I would have to create an estate account. Ok, fine. I sent in a copy of my wife's will and death certificate 4 days ago to be reviewed by their legal department. Still haven't heard anything. I've called and emailed several times with no response. An acknowledgement that you at least received the paperwork would be good customer service. Maybe return an email or phone call? Would that be asking too much? I've had pretty good service up until now.
