Seriously came back to Dr Johari today and she flipped out when I asked for a refill of Prozac and Klonopin, among other meds. She had the office in North Garland to tell me that I just picked up those meds so I can’t have refills. Seriously I saw her for the first time in 2014. She has worked at Baylor Murphy for at least 10 years now and she doesn’t know about those meds. Even the nurse practitioner there who I saw was a lot smarter than Johari. Jesus Christ go retake pharmacology. I insisted that I would go see a psychiatrist instead. But they took me back to see her anyways. Why charge my insurance if you’re just going to berate me and not fill my meds? Then the DEA should take her DEA license away and see how many patients she can see and help with without a controlled substance license. So she’s from North Carolina. No way. All North Carolina doctors hate me bc that’s where all the mean doctors go to practice medicine.

My doctor was very dismissive of my questions after my colonoscopy had complications. Her biggest concern was correcting me regarding a word found on my discharge paperwork instead of listening and explaining. My experience after the colonoscopy was traumatic and I didn’t appreciate her flippant attitude and comments regarding use of the internet for searching out the meaning of the scientific words associated with results. I am currently looking for a new doctor.

My mom was having a stroke and they sent her home because they did not catch it. Her blood pressure was high, her blood sugar was high, they said that vertigo, nausea and vomiting was normal. They gave her anti-nausea medicine to take her home after she threw up while being escorted to pay for the visit. she was not ok, I had to ASK for a wheelchair to take her to my car because she could not walk. I trusted the wrong people, Dr. Jonathan Bayless Walker,DO and his staff on May 30 2024 and waited for it to go away and it didn’t. I had to take her to another hospital where they did a CT scan and confirmed she had an ischemic stroke and it affected 5 different places in her brain that caused vertigo, nausea and vomiting. Needless to say this facility is a disappointment to the community and the area. Never going or taking my loved ones to this facility ever again.
P.S. risk factors for stroke: Age over 50, high Blood pressure, high Cholesterol, and Diabetes or high blood sugar.
My mom had every risk factor… thankfully she is alive today and recovering every day, NO thanks to this facility. Every minute in a stroke counts and yet they sent my mother home for her symptoms to wear off…

Hello,
My wife was treated by Kimberly Snyder, APRN, FNP. She gave her doctor’s excuse note from 07/05/2024, my wife will return to work on 07/15/2024 due the Covid. Now, she is applying short term disability on those working days. Kimberly asked my wife come to her office to discuss about the time off and fill out paperworks. We disagree that. Why? My wife is not sick anymore.
About the time off, my wife attached a doctor’s excuse note together with her short term disability documents, also this excuse note still on her MyBSWHealth/ Leter. It has time frame that she took off, and it has signed by Kimberly Synder. Why does my wife need to come Kimberly’s office for discuss about her time off?
About filling out paperworks , at section 1 and 2 were filed by her employer and my wife. Section 3 will complete by doctor who treated her. My wife doesn’t know any about this section, how can she discuss?
Also, she is not sick. Kimberly will charge my wife’s insurance for this discussion and will take her copay. This is considered doctor consulting. Her insurance will not pay or will pay a little bit, otherwise my wife has to pay.
She claimed 5-6 work days off, she will take around $550-$576 ( has not included tax yet) on this claim. It not make sense to take few hundred, then pay all of them for doctor discussion and insurance.
Thank you for your reading.

Horrible place horrible people! Only care for the money and not for their patients!
Went there at 2am for chest pain and difficulty breathing. Took them about 30 minutes to even let me in what if I was having a heart attack?? Then had some standard tests done like blood pressure while the nurse kept saying "well if youre stressed now, wait until you see the bill". Exactly what you need to say to a person with chest pain in a bad financial position right?
Then the Physician came, stood at the door and asked the nurse what happened. Didnt even walk in the room or talk to me only said "you must just be stressed". After 2 hours i was released home and paid $300 co pay.
A few weeks later the first bill came for $2600. I called to ask what is this for and apparently this is how much it cost to even be in a room at the Emergency room in this hospital. Later another bill came for a $1000 from Century integrated partners with no explanation on what this for. I called them to find out this is a bill from the Doctor who is apparently a contractor at this hospital. So Im now billed almost $4000 for 2 hours at the emergency room where both the Hospital and the Doctor are trying to charge for the same thing which is seeing a physician - something that practicly didnt even happen as well as zero treatment and horrible bedside manner!
So yeah nurse was right now the bill came and Im even more stressed. Shame on you Baylor Scott and whatever fake Doctors you use to "allegedly" taking care of the patients. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The person who assists in the emergency has a terrible treatment of people who speak Spanish. You go to an emergency room and don't look. The translator doesn't help you and makes you fill out 7 pages before coming to see you.

Went here last night for SOB & my lungs hurting while breathing. They did covid & flu test. Neg. Just said it was a “URI” then gave me mucinex. WHY write me a RX for that when yall know insurance isn’t going to even fill it because it’s OTC. I just paid attn to this whole thing & wont ever be back. Went to Dr hospital in Dallas & was told it WAS bronchitis ? just a waste of time & all. Everyone was nice but seemed lazy. Ddnt want to test for anything else, just said “we dnt know what it is” just glad I got a sec opinion coz I knew it wasn’t a URI. THENNNN the nurse didn’t even wanna give me 2 days off from work. I spoke up on that coz how tf am I going to feel better in one day! Yall are a trip. Won’t ever see me again though!

The worst place, pick any other emergency facility or in patient stay. Absolutley do not care about the patient and only look to toss you out regardless if the patient is ready to leave or not. They evan threatan you as well to achieve there goal of discharge, when it is clear that the patient is not ready to be discharged. Disgraceful place and staff.
