Totally disappointed with the way this place has been handling their services lately.I went there for face wax and the lady burnt my face. She didn’t even check the temperature of the hot wax before applying it to my face.After she saw that my skin came off, she didn’t even bother apologizing for this blunder.Charged me full price for their ridiculous mistake. It’s like I am paying them to get my face burnt.It sucks how unprofessional these people are…

I went there once before and had amazing service, speed, and price. I therefore returned this week and had the complete opposite experience! Me and my husband walked in and requested a wash and cut for me and a cut for him. The lady at the counter did have some language barrier but nodded and said wash first. While trying to enjoy my hair wash (we all should enjoy it like a massage!) I heard a woman on the phone with what sounded like customer service. She was out of sight but obviously going through the frustration of customer service. After my wash (which sucked really because of a fly, but not heir fault it's Texas summer!), I was placed in a chair and told to wait. After a very long awkward silence, another customer walked in and was told by the I assume lash artist it would be 15/20 min. Then the lady from the back came out and confirmed a cut (me) and one waiting. I realized I was waiting on the lady on the phone in the back the whole time. She comes out and confirms a cut and how I want the style, all the while on hold on her phone. She did ask if it was ok to keep the call while cutting my hair. Awkwardly I said fine, but thought this was outrageous. She preceded to cut my hair and take the call twice leaving me sitting there awkwardly. She rushed, didn't dry my hair all way the way and when done just pointed to the next woman. My husband said he was just given a bad look from the lady that washed my hair the whole time. We didn't even bring up his hair cut at checkout obviously. Poor poor customer service. I understand staff shortage but communication makes or breaks it!! I would have waited and came back if asked!

It is very bad hair salon.Manisha did my hair cut and dry blowerAnd it was terrible and she even didn't care for the result I'm very disappointed for that place .

Manesh aunty at Asia salon does beautiful mehendi. She is kind and hospitable and will try her best to copy the design as exact as possible, which she usually can. Great experience.

I recant my previous review. This place sucks, staff is rude. I dreaded going to get my eyebrows done cause I didn't want to deal with these ladies, felt judged. Found a place down the street that's been SO much better, kinder and typically no wait. So glad to never have to come back here.

I want there for layers' haircut but the lady I don't know the name, is in hurry as lot of people waiting there for turn. She said to me that she can do every type of cut. After getting home i noticed my hair are not at all layered . They are so uneven. Will never recommend her.

I don’t usually come here, but my usual place was farther than I wanted to drive today, should’ve made the drive.I got a full face wax and eyebrow thread and I left with pieces of wax still on my face, but what really upset me is that she used the same spatula/stick the whole time. I should’ve said something but I have anxiety lol.But if they are doing that with everyone that’s extremely unsanitary.I can’t complain about the threading, my eyebrows do look nice. But I won’t be back because of the waxing.Services: Eyebrow threading
