I went in and a guy asked me if I needed help I showed him the item on my phone he said let me look for it then he left me standing there waiting FOREVER before I went and grabbed my other item. I told the front desk clerk that the other guy was supposed to be helping me find something and I didn’t know where he went. He proceeds to tell me “oh he got busy with deliveries” no offer to help me instead, and no apology. I believe he was the manager too Facundo Olivas. I paid for my 1 item and will never be returning. I have lived in Muleshoe 37 years and that was so rude I would rather go to Fry and Cox where they are friendly and helpful and yes I will tell everyone I know about it. That’s ridiculous he left me standing there waiting and chose to help someone else and waste my time. I told Fry and Cox what happened and they went above and beyond to help me.

I went to work for this company and the mgr Olivas is the worst mgr I've worked for..I asked questions to finish my HR packet and he was rude about everything..I was warned already about this place but I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and work there..I ended up having to walk out and of course he called the general mgr complained it was my fault and nothing ever got resolved even with general mgr..2 peas in a pod...and it's a very dirty place too..merchandise is very dusty..they do not help customers..take your business to Fry and Cox..I'd like to see what kind of response I get ?

Woman in front desk refused to tell me the prices over the phone and told me "just to come in", i asked for prices cause i dont live in muleshoe, took my business to fry & Cox and they were more than happy to help me over the phone.

Clerk was rude to my 93 year old father in law. He told him he couldn't write a check & that was all he had. Manager finally let him.
