I would like to thank Ms. Pharr for her prompt response to my records request, but not stopping there, she also took the time out to contact me for further information because in my request she was not able to find anything I was seeking. So instead of just ending request there she went above and beyond to try to make sense of some nonsense my wife and I are currently going through and have been since 4/19/21. She was very genuine in her actions to help out someone who's made publicly known with his distaste for an individual and his conduct within the offices she works in. And despite my strong feelings against someone she works with so close to her, she was the most professional person I have ever heard or known of in handing the position of being a neutral party when she was faced with the angered public and her coworker whom is also has a duty as a public servant. In today's society we have our family but we also have what I call work family. To which we all are with the other half of our day with some actually having more time with work family rather than our actual family. We are instinctual and creatures of habit, but with that and in a world the way it is now, I totally expected our interaction to be somewhat like the actions of her coworker and yes quick to judge I was but unfortunately mount enterprise has not had the best track record here in the last decade or 2 in my honest opinion, so I gladly would like to thank Ms. Pharr for bringing me back down a notch and reminding me to never jump to judgment no matter the prior circumstances and know that there are still people out there in this world that have morals and values and most importantly, something I think people have forgotten or even know the definition of, great integrity! THANK YOU MS. SUZANNE PHARR. Mount Enterprise is lucky to have you there for them!

Avoid this town whenever possible. They have one Marshall, Jon Randolph, who terrorizes the town, especially targeting out of towners who most likely won’t fight his lies. His predecessor was fired for not extorting enough money, so they hit the jackpot when they found this former Rusk county deputy. He either lies or isn’t smart enough to perform his duties, and extorts money from people with trumped up traffic citations. When you question it, the women at the court make it as hard and inconvenient as they can for you to challenge it. I asked for a jury trial and was lied to multiple times. I asked for proof and they want me to drive 5 hours at their convenience to see it instead of just emailing it. I hope the state cracks down on they disgusting tyrants. all this money they rake in through extortion, and the lazy woman at the court only works mon-Thursday and NEVER answers the phone.

My experience is that these are nice people who care about their community.

Officer Randolph is Power struck selfish, and self centered he doesn’t try to work with you on anything, it’s whatever he says goes

Majority of reviews mention how difficult it is speaking to someone at this court! It's really bad! Yet they have yet to honestly fix this problem! Wast of tax payers money.

I also was caught up in a speed trap in this town. The numbers I was given for contact information do not work. I was only given two weeks before court date. I was only in the area trying to get to my cancer center in Houston. Now I am at a loss. I’m not sure what to do and I cannot get in touch with anyone. People should have the right to contact proper city personnel if citations are going to continue to be issued. You can’t make payment arrangements, nor can you contest a citation. I’m not from Texas, but this makes a bad impression.

Worthless people who serve no purpose other than to take money from people.

Just wanted to let the people of Mt. Enterprise know the experience I had 10/18/2020. As I was going through there I had a bad blow out and pulled into Texaco. My tire was gone and it was about 7pm, the Mayor Breadon was at the station getting pizza and he tried to help me but I didn't have a spare. He stayed with me till my son came from Lake Cherokee. God put him there for a reason, I will always be thankful for him. And Jessica that worked at the Texaco was my saving grace along with Braedon. Thanks again for all you did

I am active duty military and I do not live in the state nor can I come back to Texas to deal with this. I have tried contacting the courthouse two days in a row regarding a ticket that I received in a Mt. enterprise speed trap for going less than ten over. If you are going to screw people over with speed traps then could you at least answer the phone for the service members that are either out of state or deploying (my current state)?

Dont waste your time trying to call, they will not answer. Our taxes pay these people to do their job but apparently they can't do that so we dont really need them do we.
