The service staff at Sandlin Motors was prompt, courteous, and professional. They got my truck serviced in a timely fashion. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The coffee was hot and fresh.

Super professional, informative, and friendly. Went above and beyond figuring out how to title and deliver for out-of-state military. Walked us through the whole processes with great communication and followup. Worked for the sale while listening to our needs vs trying to sell us a specific car or upgrades. Would highly recommend!

First I want to say I did ot purchase my Silverado 3500HD from Sandlin, I did bring my truck to them for issues simply because that Dealership is closer to me then most! I initially brought the truck in after I spoke with them on the phone to insure extended warranty would be covered there! They said just drop it off at your convenience and could possibly get to the service later that day, tomorrow sometime or the next day after that which was my actual appointment. They got to my truck before my actual appointment due to the truck being brought to them asap as they advised which was a nice surprise! Although I originally brought the truck in for a service engine light on and the intercooler line having a hole in it was not taken care of at first and they told me my truck was done and ready! After getting a ride to the dealership to pick up my truck I noticed my truck was still making a whooshing noise and it wasn't addressed yet and was told that my engine and transmission was reprogrammed which confused me because we didn't even talk about that being addressed and was being charged almost $300, and the original reason for the truck being there wasn't even handled! After speaking with Sandlin service the tech replied with he wasn't sure how the ball got dropped on that and remembered me telling him about it. So I had to leave without my truck again but they called back later that day and told me truck was done and is not making the whooshing sound anymore after finding a hole in the inter cooler line. The service department apologized for the inconvenience of having to co.e back to the dealership an extra time! Just glad my truck got taken care of and is back to normal again!

First time visiting this dealership and couldn't be more impressed. Our salesman Juan Cruz was the best , highly recommend him . This will definitely be our go to place for all our vehicle needs .

We were returning to our home in League City,TX, in our RV towing our 2023 chevy blazer. Because the AC was unresponsive, we headed over to Sandlin. Fast response. Diagnosed the problem. Fixed. Thank you to the serve folks at Sandlin.

I have know the people here for about 20 years starting from my grandparents taking me with them to me buying my brand new 2022 Chevy trailblazer in the most gorgeous color they knew it looked like me and helped me every step of the way on getting it and even put up with me calling daily for almost 8weeks to see if it had arrived yet! Now a year later they are the only place I take it for service and maintenance the friendly staff makes you feel like family and being small town born and raised that is an important thing to me!

Honest people, hard working and extremely experienced. High quality service and on top of that efficient timing. I got an oil change, tires rotated, multi point check and had to get all four of my breaks replaced and they got it done within 2 hours.

Imagine the worst accident! The one you are not expecting in a location you could never dream that could have happened specially on a brand new sport car that was bought only 3 days before the accident AND during Valentine’s Day!!Well, I guess accidents are not supposed to be pleasant, right?Sara felt my pain and did everything (and much more) she could to assist me! Her kindness and willingness to work with me made all the difference!In the end, she made a happy customer and a new friend!Thank you Sara for all your support!
