I didn't take my TV to them. I knew it was a backlught issue. Instead of her telling me to bring it in, she was honest with me, and explained that it would be cheaper to just get a new TV. Not only that, she was on Walmart website recommending tv's that would work for me in my size and budget range. She spent 10 minutes on the phone with me. Her courtesy and honesty were refreshing.

Had this shadow on TV we thought our TV was toast but Michael spent time on phone with me to try to troubleshoot before having us make the hour and a half trip. After a few attempts we decided to bring in. He had it fixed within 24 hours and the bill was better than fair. The customer service from Ellen and Michael was exceptional. No wonder they been in business so long. I will make the trip again for any of my future needs. Please keep doing what your doing you folks are awesome and have a gift and skill that is rarely seen.

Pick up and delivery price is highly unreasonable but the technicians are phenomenal in electronic knowledge,fair pricing,and fast repair service I've done business several times and highly recommend as they do great honest business I do appreciate them.
