Karen, who special orders lumber at McCoy’s, is the most helpful person at any lumber yard I have been to. She is knowledgeable, top notch, professional, nice, helpful and responsive. All of my lumber purchases will go through her!

This place has very caring and helpful staff, called ahead to see if they had railroad ties, told them how many we needed, they said they could help.when we got there already had a written estimate ready, then told them I was a Veteran, they then changed everything and gave us a even better price. When the Man delivered he was extremely nice and helpful.

Just stopped in to look for some fencing material. Store staff folks were friendly and helpful. Looked at the McCoys.com website to do some pricing and get specs on materials ; their website has better search function and is more responsive than the big box store websites. McCoy pricing was better by a few $ on fence material I looked at :mccoys.com/shop/p/412144…$65.99 as of this date. Amazingly, HD wants $83.73 for the similar product (t.ly/8LY5)I'll be using McCoys more often now.
