“We had the best service and experience with Hess! Vanessa was our sales rep and she made the investment for our furniture a breeze. She answered all my questions and got us a great deal! We went to 18 furniture stores in the past week (ha) and our experience with her and John was the best!

“The Hispanic girls here, I think one her name was Paola but she was with another person that helped my mom. My mom was having issues with a cell phone because of the power outages, as soon as we walked in they smile and greeted her and immediately asked how can they help her with a big smile. That type of customer service is not so common out here so I’m writing this review to let the company know, these two girls you have working here are very good at what they do. They fixed the issue and even took the time to explain to my mother what was the issue. Keep up being kind to people, I really appreciated that.”
“Great store would go there more but was really looking for the sugar free slurpee's. Please see if you can get them. People like me that can't have sugar would really enjoy it. Just one flavor. Thanks”

“As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a smile and a "how may I help you " by a young lady named Jasmine. She was so helpful, she walked me( an extremely technology challenged 70 yr.old) thru the process of transferring all of my files onto my new phone. I asked a ton of questions and she patiently answered each one. Folks, if you visit this location I highly suggest you ask for Jasmine!”

“I didn't take my TV to them. I knew it was a backlught issue. Instead of her telling me to bring it in, she was honest with me, and explained that it would be cheaper to just get a new TV. Not only that, she was on Walmart website recommending tv's that would work for me in my size and budget range. She spent 10 minutes on the phone with me. Her courtesy and honesty were refreshing.”
