My big Tex trailer 16ET “for heavy duty use” has been falling apart and it’s not even a year old. Welds all around are breaking apart. Fenders are not completely intact. no answer tried all lines, I guess they closed, left messages. Local dealer isn't cooperative doesn't have any trailers wants a deposit with no lead time so I tried to called factory address no answer. LGB

This place is great. I have bought 2 trailers from Big Texs in Mt. Pleasant. The lady at the front desk was nice and the saleman Was very helpful.
