“Golf ball size hail storm dented my truck top and hood. they used paintless method to take out dents on the top but had to replace the hood because it was so bad. I took it to them on a Monday and they called and said it was ready on Wednesday. Cliffs did an excellent job as they always have when my family needed their service. “This place is great. I have bought 2 trailers from Big Texs in Mt. Pleasant. The lady at the front desk was nice and the saleman Was very helpful. He gave me a ride in the cart to look at the trailer and let me pick the one I wanted. There was very little wait time and I was out the door with a new trailer in less the 45 minutes. A+”

“I’d give Dickie Morrow an A for the body work, paint job & assistance with the insurance company and I appreciate that.
As for communication & getting my vehicle back at the estimated time, that’s a different story. When personnel at the shop say you’ll get a call back I expect one. Also took more days to get it done, but they may have had an issue with the outside mirror replacement.
I guess overall I might try them again if needed but lower my expectations on completion date.”
