This place is run by incompetent people. Ask for just an oil and filter change and they ignore your request and do it ALL. Then, when you're polite 4 times asking them not to, they tell the customer that they are in the wrong for speaking up. Be an adult and not children. Don't take your vehicle to these rude, incompetent people... Here's an update: what moron uses JB Weld as a thread sealer on a drain plug??

Wow!! Great experience with Auto Express!!
I took my car in for a paint job on my door, EXCELLENT job!! They are very reliable, honest and operate with integrity. Miguel and Daniel answered all of my questions and kept me updated. I recommend them for any car work, paint job, and/or oil changes!

UNBELIEVABLE!! Stopped in to get a state inspection on my trailer, the guy at the counter had to ask if they do inspections so he asked the "inspector." The "inspector" says NO can't inspect a trailer...?. Apparently, he doesn't know how to look at the lights to make sure they are working and hand me my report so I can get me registration renewed.
For clarification purposes: it's a brand new aluminum boat trailer. Just a frame, tires and lights. That's it....and the "inspector" couldn't pull that off. I smell LAZY.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff and super fast oil change! They have two sitting-waiting areas, inside and at the front of the building with an outdoor tv, vey cool. For my car, change was $75.

This business has passed my inspection every year for the Last 3 years. Now I have had to run around and get my inspection. Their equipment is sketchy and so has this one. I live quite a ways from Mt. Pleasant and I really live over an hour there and an hour back. After being a Great customer, and I send my family there. I am done with that!!!! If you go there, they will drain your your money and your time. Pitiful!! DON'T BE A SUCKER AND GET DRAINED FOR YOUR MONEY. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!
