As one of the previous owners of The Bridal Rail, I am well aware of the superior service and products it offers. So when it came time for my son's wedding, there was no question as to where I was getting my mother's dress. Did I shop around? Absolutely, and I'm so glad I did because in doing so, it only confirmed what I already knew. I visited several nice shops but none came close. In working closely with Janine, she made it so easy to find the perfect Jovani gown, fitted to perfection by her amazing seamstress, Amber! After shopping throughout Dallas, my daughter-in-law, Yaelis, also found her dream gown at The Bridal Rail, a beautiful Allure gown with matching cathedral veil. Yaelis wanted to customize her gown by adding bishop sleeves and Amber was so patient and attentive to her needs. The end result was pure perfection. She looked and felt so beautiful and received so many compliments. Having been on the customer service end for years at The Bridal Rail, my expectations are high but I must say Janine and her staff exceeded my expectations. We were so cared for and I felt so blessed to be on the receiving end of The Bridal Rail's amazing service. If I could give one tip to someone shopping whether it be bridal, mothers, bridesmaid, flower girls, prom or tuxes - really they have it all! - I would say go to The Bridal Rail, they have been doing this for over 40 years for a reason, because they really are that good!

From the floor all the way to alterations, everyone was amazing. The sales lady was very attentive to style and budget I had in mind. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The lady in alterations was a lifesaver. She was super accommodating during a difficult transition. Her attention to detail, making me feel comfortable, waking through ideas/dress scenarios, everything. At my last appointment I left with us both in tears and hugging each other. Start to finish- best place I've ever been. I visited 9 bridal stores before trying here for context. Make this your first and final stop today!

This has been my hangout lately. My son's fiancé purchased her dress here, my cousin purchased here and I bought mine here 28 years ago. We've been to fittings and shopping here often in the past months and the service is always splendid. The selection is plentiful and the prices are amazing. Check them out! You'll be glad you did!

Highly recommend! The Bridal Rail is a high quality bridal boutique with wonderful staff, dresses and prices. From the moment we arrived, to check out, we were treated with the best quality of service. I am sooo excited that I found my dress at this place and cannot wait to go back for more evening dresses!

NEVER BUYING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! Not only did I have to drive out there MULTIPLE times due to miscommunication, I also was not given a packet after I bought my dress. My paperwork with all information they SHOULD have given me after buying my dress. They also FORGOT MY DRESS. YES FORGOT FOR THE DAY OF MY BRIDALS. I had put the date down in my phone, my mother did as well to pick up my dress. They never called me to let me know my dress was ready for pick up. They called my parents and LIED TO MY PARENTS and said they did not have my phone number. The owner confirmed they did have my number. After I got my dress, I explained to the owner I would have to rebook/reschedule and spend more money to take my bridals. I was only waived $30 off of steaming and alterations. I was given an apology, but this truly ruined my bridal pictures. The okay customer service I received, and the miles and gas I spent because of their mistakes. The one thing I can say I liked about the shop was the alterations lady. She was so sweet, so kind, explained in detail all of her work, and I was not disappointed in her work. Her customer service was amazing, and her work is phenomenal.

My daughter and I went her for her wedding dress and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. She tried on 7 dress and then found the one of her dreams. The lady that will do her alterations was very helpful too. I was pleased 29 years ago when I bought my wedding dress from The Bridal Rail and beyond happy that my daughter was pleased too. We live 1 1/2 hours away, but the drive was definitely worth it! Thank you Ladies!!!

The Bridal Rail makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. All of the ladies I worked with were friendly and went out of their way to get me ready for the big day!

We attended their elegant 40 year celebration. The new location is larger & so beautifully done. They displayed wedding, prom & special occasion dresses. Everything was lovely & they are all so friendly & helpful.

This store is amazing my wife and daughter went all over Austin and San Marcos couldn't find the right dress. Walked in here and found an amazing dress that brought tears to my eyes when I saw it on my daughter.

All the ladies at Bridal Rail are AMAZING. They are very helpful and will be your best hype women! They have a wonderful selection of beautiful gowns! I definitely recommend going to check them out!
