I frequent this DG a lot as it’s on my way to work or on my way home from work.And almost every single time I come in, an employee that I learned the name yesterday by another customer, “Miss Rosie” is literally always smack talking the new SCO (Self checkout). How it was pointless for DG to put this in and how bad business is going to be with only one employee able to check out. How no one ever uses them because everyone always goes to her, literally nothing good ever leaves her mouth when it’s in reference to the SCO. I’m not sure if she realizes or not but the SCO, at this point in retail, is meant for the customers that don’t want to wait for YOU to SLOWLY make it to the register. They are meant for us who want to go in and out before you even realize we’re checking out.
