“Without a doubt this place of business has earned a life long customer. I will keep this as short as possible. I sent out my computer prior to beginning my build as I knew that I would need a tune for it to crank up.The computer went out on a Monday and was back before the week was up. While it was out I received a call from the MOT team and the specifically asked me if I wanted the VATS deleted and I said no. Reason being is that someone had just tried to steal my truck, so of course I want to keep the VATS. Fast forward to my finished build. Crank up… 2 cylinders fire off then the engine dies. Check F.A.S.T. and all of that is hitting the marks. Gotta be the ECU. So I called up MOT…. I’m in California…. So it’s after hours in Texas and it’s a Friday…. of course, voicemail. So I’m my mind, I’ll try again Monday. Less than 30 minutes after my after-hours call, Casey calls me back. I explained what’s happening. He gives me somethings to try out, (even with his lady yelling at him in the background, sorry to cause that bro) and I shoot them an email Monday morning because I still have the same issue and they requested the computer back. I send it off, they did their magic, I get the computer back on Friday (UPS messed up and delivered it late, no biggie). Installed it within 10 minutes of the delivery and it fired up, first crank, with no issues. I have been driving around for the last week or two and I am super happy with the tune. I’ve got a wide band AFR installed and I see fantastic numbers while driving. If you are needing a tune for your vehicle, especially if you have an LS… don’t sleep on them. Great customer service and super helpful support. As I build more motors, I will definitely be utilizing them!! Definitely worth it! “Today my new truck locked up at an intersection. This was the second time this happened. I tried getting help from the local dealership but no luck. I called Jim Turner and spoke to Rachael in the service department she ask if I could come in right away and I did. They ran a diagnostic check and had me on my way a little over an hour. “was quoted a price on a transmission for $200 got there the guy told me 45 and I'm like no I showed him the text messages from the owner of the what he told me and so he went ahead and gave it to me for $200 even though it was missing one part but he seen the picture he should have told me that before you told me 200 but they kept their word and they fix the problem and quality cores great place to take your stuff”
