Marcus at the drive-through window is the slowest person I’ve ever seen. It is almost like he did it intentionally to do as a little as possible. I saw four cars behind me leave because it took so long.

I should have read the reviews about the pharmacy at this Walgreens before asking the doctor’s office to send my prescription. Pharmacy tech calls me to inform me that they could not fill the prescription because they did not have my medication in stock. She then proceeds to tell me she can call around and she who has it. She promptly called me back to inform methat Walmart pharmacy had the medication in stock and was going to transfer the prescription immediately to them. It is now after 1p they are on lunch break and nothing has transferred. When your patients are not feeling well and are waiting on medications to feel better, time is of the essence. Do better Walgreens! Get your staffing ratio in check to better support the pharmacy!

Extremely slow pharmacy window, someone in management should read their reviews and take action. Switching pharmacies because of how bad my experience has been on multiple occasions.

Must say....I needed a medication for my daughter that CVS didn't have ...called about 6 different walgreens and no one had it. Called here and thank goodness they had it, the pharmacist called my cvs and got my prescription, she even called me back to let me know my daughter's medicine was ready. Just wanted to say thank you to Thi.

The staff remembered my name and previous visits, making me feel genuinely cared for. The cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy added to a very pleasant atmosphere.This visit to Walgreens wasn't just about getting a prescription; it was a reassuring reminder of the importance of good customer service in healthcare. This Walgreens has gotten worse and worse. If they can't fill your prescription, do they call and let you know? Nope! If they loose your prescription, do they call and let you know? Nope! The worst pharmacy experiences at Walgreens ever! The same bad service keeps happening over and over. No one answers the phone, lost RXs, delays in filling RXs and poor customer service in general. This Walgreens pharmacy needs serious help with a major overhaul.

The ladies at the photo center are incredibly rude and slow. I printed four pictures and stood at the counter for five minutes while they chatted amongst themselves. After they handed me my pictures they were super blurry - I asked for them to be reprinted as they were professional photos with high resolution so I knew it wasn’t an issue with the picture. She verbatim said “this is a Walgreens not a professional printing place.” She then turned around and handed me the exact four photos two minutes later - 99 percent certain she did not reprint and a hundred percent certain I’ll be going to CVS next time.

Store staff is nice; the female techs in the pharmacy section are kind but I was not impressed with how one male tech Tanner yelled at another male tech when he wanted to take his lunch break at 4:30 pm in the afternoon. I also didn’t appreciate waiting 20 minutes for my vaccine appointment especially when the female tech told me she could see that the same tech who had yelled at his coworker had the vaccines in his hand and then I still waited 5 minutes after that (he was good at giving vaccines but that wasn’t enough to redeem him from how poorly he treated the other tech. That and he was overly friendly and touched my arm more times than was necessary which made me extremely uncomfortable). There was no one else in line or waiting for an appointment. Not impressed at all. Tanner is enough of a reason for me to not want to come back for other vaccines.
