I came into the store for IT assistance after having trouble transferring my SIM from one phone to another. Abby was extremely friendly and helpful (and so efficient) to solve my problem. My faith in Verizon is restored after a very frustrating afternoon of trying to get ANY kind of help by calling into the generic line for tech support. Amazing what a human can do. Thank you Abby!

Service is good and uninterrupted. But trying to cancel a phone number and account for a deceased loved one is a nightmare. Person owned the phone outright and had no contract and they still wouldn't cancel the account. Had to find a Verizon office and take them a death certificate. An unnecessary stress and trip for the survivors.

My story is too long to post in its entirety but, in summary, this is franchised owned and corporate Verizon in Conroe says they get nothing but complaints about this location and sadly once they tie you up with incorrect paperwork it’s incredibly hard to undo. It cost me some financially to learn this but luckily I still got my contract terminated and went back with TMobile. They won’t share details about potential problems until they cannot be easily corrected nor show any desire to help. Save your time, money, frustrations and if want to go to Verizon do yourself a favor and just go the extra 15 minutes to corporate in Conroe.
Lastly, the “manager” Elycia could have exerted a tad of an effort to help de-escalate some of my issues, but she was clearly less than interested and didn’t give off a good manager vibe; in so much as being very loudly rude to one of the employees while I was there. I was frustrated and also rough on the same employee (which I feel badly about) and this “manager” should have stepped up to remove him from the situation.
Edit to add: NOW your store claims I did not return the iPhone and I’m being charged $800; yet on the day I returned this phone I received a credit back to my card less restocking.
2nd Edit to add: I had to visit corporate to try and resolve but even they cannot help. They called the franchise and got a run around. I had to go back to this location to try and get a tracking number and the worker Trevor (my at least 2nd time trying to work with him) stated “he couldn’t help but would put a ticket in to have manager help.” It has been 12 days and zero contact..I 100% doubt he ever put a ticket in. Stay tune as this appears to be heading to me taking legal action. Franchise owner. If you read this - look up my contract info and call me because your minions are inept.

Yeah, I wanted to buy a new phone and destiny. Sold me an Internet box and when I went home to hook it up, I found out that my address was not covered by them for the Internet so I spent hours and hours on the phone with my current Internet company and Verizon And of course, when I took the equipment back to destiny, she was not available and the young guy that was in the office was very unprofessional very rude very obnoxious and should be terminated. I rate Verizon at that store a zero.

I don’t remember his name, maybe Hunter? Whoever it was helped my boyfriend and I so much through the process of getting on a new phone plan together & upgrading both of our phones. Very personable & Verizon has definitely stepped up their game recently!

Terrible customer service! I called the main verizon sales number and made an appointment ro open an account at a local shop. When we got there they told us they don’t do appointments. The prices we were quoted were off, much higher than quoted originally and the young guy that waited on is was condescending and arrogant. We walked out and went to t-mobile . Wonderful experience. Verizon, get your act together!.
