I came to switch out my wireless router because it was very old. Peyton was the first person to greet us. He was a great multitasker, very patient, and extremely helpful. My router was upgraded with no issues. I was very pleased with his services. Thank you Peyton!

We have been in store 3 different times now (first me, then my in laws, now my husband and they have done something incorrectly every time. We have now racked up over $1000 worth of mistakes, spent hours in store only to talk to a call center ourselves while employees help other customers AND nothing had been resolved. Today we went to simply transfer over a phone number and it cost us $1229. This verizon is a joke.

In my attempt to Port-Out my mobile phone number to another carrier I ran into trouble as my phone was not compatible with other carrier's network. With my only phone now no longer working I was between a rock and a hard place. I walked into the Montgomery, TX store, laid out and discussed my situation with the Technician and later with the Manager. After weighing my options I decided to Port-Back my mobile number to Verizon and have service restored. The team ran with it, working diligently and relentlessly through the various issues that arose along the way until my service was restored to my full satisfaction. THANK YOU again Travis, Tandra and Peyton for getting me out of the ditch and literally back in business.

Store hours are 10a-7p. I’m sitting outside the store at 10:30am and you’re not open. The representative from call center tried calling the store with no avail. Terrible customer service as soon as you pull up to the store. Some guy inside non chalant, not a care in the world that your not opening your store at the time you have posted online or in your window. Not sure how you expect to gain profitable business when you can’t follow your own policies and procedures. Maybe it’s because it’s a franchise store Victra and not corporate they must not care. Ridiculous

This place was great, I had originally stopped at the store that I won’t name but they’re about 11 miles east of this one, and was told that it was not possible to do what I wanted to do and when I asked if that’s the case then I should I just go to the AT&T store, I was told “if that’s what you want to do” so I left. I had bought a phone from the Victra Verizon store in Montgomery before but since they weren’t an direct Verizon store I didn’t think they could do what I wanted (why I started at the other location) but since it’s on my way home I thought what the heck I’ll stop and ask, and they were able to do exactly what I wanted to do, no issues, even changed my mind a week later about which phone I wanted, went back by and they swapped everything out, no issues at all ( I of course had to pay the difference) and they were super friendly and not snarky and stuck up like the other place

If you are a current Verizon customer, looking to switch providers or a new potential customer ...you will be so IMPRESSED and find THE BEST experience at the Verizon location on 105 in Montgomery TX !!!! Destiny is incredible... she is friendly, more than prompt, knowledgeable, professional, patient and can handle multiple customers and issues at once FLAWLESSLY !!!! She has an amazing upbeat and positive..personalality and attitude!!! Go see her when you are looking to upgrade, add a line, switch to Verizon or with any questions or issues you have .
