I live in the neighborhood and find this place really annoying. Will nickel and dime you over shipping materials and don’t ask for cheapest shipping option cause they will lie to you. I now go to the office max on 2978. No annoyance there.

I came to this location based on the good reviews and was not disappointed. The computer to print was very convenient and the gentleman working by himself on 7/21/24 kept the line moving quickly and provided friendly service with no stress of helping more than one person at a time. Thank you!

Been coming to this UPS for a year, workers are genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, they always help me package up stuff and are always extremely nice. I would recommend this ups to everyone I love the staff

This is the nicest UPS I've been in (besides one other in Lake Jackson, Tx)). There is always plenty of friendly employees ready to help when I walk in. There is never a line - which helps get you on your way.
