“I noticed when bringing my boat out of the water at a Walden boat launch that one of my dust caps had come off of my trailer hub. Must have happened on the drive to the lake that morning because I greased the hubs the day before. I stopped in at Rinkers Boat World on Walden Rd. and spoke to Lamar Butts, their service manager. He not only sold me a couple of new lube dust caps but also loaned me a mallet so I could install the missing cap and a grease gun full of grease so I could purge the water out of the hub. He's a super nice and professional guy and helped me out of a jam that day. If the rest of his crew is like Lamar I would have complete confidence in them for service work on my boat.”
