I am so grateful for the fantastic job Montgomery Collision Repair did on my Expedition!! The process from drop off to pick up was smooth and easy and they got it done a few days earlier than planned. great place GREAT GREAT PEOPLE..very caring. I was lost had know idea how to get to my sister's house.my phones GPS wasn't working ,but the owner of this company sat me down drew a map got me there safe. I just can thank him enough. My mother chose this location based on vicinity. When it was time to pick her vehicle up (2 days late per the info given) unfortunately she was ill and I was called in to complete the task. I was met with very unprofessional comments by the owner including, "My mother is the same age as your mother and all I can say is that they just get a little grouchy at that age." Seriously? What's his next comment, "Maybe it's that time of the month" for his younger clientele? Mother simply was calling for updates because no calls were initiated by the shop regarding status of the vehicle. I feel certain that had she NOT stayed on top of the progress on her own she wouldn't have had a car all weekend. Very disappointed in attitude of owner. PS - shop guys did GREAT but maybe they should find a younger owner with a higher level of education and professionalism (oops, was that snarky? -- well, I'm NOT a shop owner.)
