We wanted to support a local business, so we asked Lone Star Signs to make us some embroidered ball caps for our business. They dragged us through 4 weeks of excuses and missed deadlines. Every time we were told our order would be ready, it wasn't. Every time we came into the shop to inquire about our order, nobody knew who we were or anything about the status of our order. After nearly a month of excuses, we ended up cancelling our order and sending it to Stadium Sports in Wayne, Nebraska. They had our hats done and shipped to our door in 10 days.

I spoke with Darryl in regards to having our business windows tinted and he gave me a quote. I emailed him asking if he could come out to our business and look at windows, 6 large windows, to have them measured and come up with a design. He said he would meet me Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, no call or email. I emailed several times and called to have Darryl call me back. No response. I finally got a hold of him one week later and informed him that I was going to use someone else who would be interested in our business, his quick response, "Ok!". Very bad business behavior. I will recommend fast signs as they are quick, eager for your business and ready to meet your needs. Very disappointed especially when you try to help out the mom and pop shops.

Talk about great customer service, and professional installation. I purchased a sign through a national sign company and asked Lone Star to install it. Not only was the price GREAT but the install team were pro's. They came out and evaluated the situation and went above and beyond doing the install. Jeff is a ROCKSTAR when it comes to hanging a sign. A+ on all aspects of the transaction.
