Just stopped to get some things and the lady working was arguing with her boyfriend I assume, she was very rude to us so we left, very poor customer service, yall really need to find new help, no wonder there was no customers there, will NEVER return to this place!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Every time I go in there they almost never have what I need and when they do, that lady “Kelsey” if that’s even her real name. Shehas a disgusting attitude I really don’t like her. I’m never going back there. They lost a customer forever. They need to fire that unprofessional girl. She always has her boyfriend in there with her, which I think is so unprofessional.

This location used to be awesome and our go-to place. Here over the last few months it's gone downhill. No one is ever here when they are open, too many times sitting in the parking lot after they've opened and no one shows up. Their inventory is always sporadic. We hardly ever see the same person twice anymore so that may be the reason why no one is ever here when they say they are open.At this point, just make the drive to the one on 336 in Conroe. Better than wasting time getting to this one to just find out no one is ever here.

I just purchased an elf bar and opened it in the store as the regular guy that works there always recommends that I do to make sure it works. We’ll it didn’t and the new person that works there has to call a manager to find out what to do. They said there is nothing they can do. So I wasted $27 on a defective product that I ended up just leaving there as it is useless. Do yourself a favor and go across the road to vape city. They have a 24 hour return policy since they know these disposable vapes are hit And miss. All they had to do was swap it out with their vendor. Terrible customer service. Additionally I wrote about my experience on their Facebook page and rather than address the issue they blocked me from their page! Wow who is running this place. There’s so many vape stores around you would think they would want to provide a good customer experience. But they would rather run a regular customer off over $27 that they could easily get back from their vendor.

i purchased an elf bar disposable vape today. their policy has always been to open the vape and test it while you are there in front of them. And I did just that. it was a dud and didn't work at all. i tried to get a replacement and the girl working was new so she had to call her boss. after she got off the phone she said the policy i has changed and there was nothing they could do. What kind of service is that? i wasted $27 for a vape that doesn't work. so after several minutes of trying to get an exchange I was basically told to leave as nothing was going to change. so I left the defective garbage vape I had just purchased sitting on the counter and left empty handed feeling extremely disappointed. Vape city across the street does exchanges within 24 hours with receipt. I would go there. I won't ever be shopping at Kraft ape again.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Products that don't work (tank that leaked), juice that was expired (purchased in October, expired in July). Took it all back for a refund and they took the tank and juice and demanded that I leave the receipt. Said would have someone call me within 48 hours. No one called. Called back and talked to Stephanie, said she would have owner call me but they did not give refunds as stated on their receipt (the receipt they demanded I leave for refund). Per Austin when I purchased he said I could definitely return with receipt. Called on Tuesday of this week and spoke with Stephanie, expressed my concern. Said someone would call within 48 hours. It's Friday, no one has called. Just called again, Austin said I can take a message. Their products suck, juices are expired and horrific customer service.

I walked in this morning with my girlfriend, and was met with this happy and bubbly girl who was super eager to take care of us!Needless to say I have a new spot to pick up my vape products.She was just treated horribly by a previous customer that had just left and even beside that she was able to treat us and make us feel personable.Never got this treatment at the Conroe-North location.Thanks Steph! You killed it!
