The past few years Shuntrell Kirksey did our taxes, and she’s definitely 5/5 stars. AMAZING!! This time I had a new person. It seemed like she made up the charge. I do think she did an accurate job, but just too expensive!

Worest H&R Block ever. Rude staff and incompetent staff. They will file your taxes wrong and expect you to pay for their mistakes. Then they will double charge your card and call you a liar when you confront them about it.

Everything was going well but the last item to be entered was my HSA account information and the tax preparer said it had "ghosted" the item. She explained that the IT department was going to have to resolve or if IT could not resolve she would rekey the tax form from beginning. We left because it was after 8pm. Bottom line no tax return. I have called the office and 800 #. No resolution. I don't know what do but go somewhere else and redo my tax return.

It's been 6 days since my visit. H&R Block customer representatives computer monitor evidently "Ghosted" and my taxes have not been completed.Currently I am waiting for their I.T. department to contact me.As it stands today, I may need to refile.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at H&R block and I'm a customer of 15 years. The tax associate refused to do my taxes because they couldn't open a PDF cause she continued to try and open it in internet explorer instead of a different web browser or downloading the file. When I offered to help her access the file she refused and said " don't touch my stuff I don't want you breaking anything and I'm not gonna go out of my way to do anything out of the normal for you cause you should have had this printed out" news flash it's 2022 and JFK isn't president ma'am. Maybe you should do something else if you don't have the knowledge base to use your program or a program as simple as Adobe reader and you certainly shouldn't take your frustrations out on a customer who was willing to show you how to do it !
