This was my first visit to this location and also first time to use Houston Methodist Primary Care Group. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. It was busy with lots of people but they handled everything very well. Dr Thompson (and Jean) took the time to spend with me and made me feel very comfortable. Nice office and waiting room and plenty of parking outside. Keep up the great work Houston Methodist Primary Care Group!

This is my first experience here and is horrible. My wife has been a patient here for several years. She has been extremely sick this whole week. She has an appointment at 4:00 today. I called to say she has to be seen right away. She has to be worked in somehow. I was told the schedule is full. I told them that was unacceptable and they have to get her worked in. They said I should take her to Urgent Care. HUH????? Her PCP told her to go someplace else instead of who is supposed to be her primary care? We finally got in but not because of them but because of a cancellation. The care, responsibility, concern that this group of “doctors”, “Care Groups”. If this is what Houston Methodist is all about, say NO THANK YOU and go someplace else. Then we were told there were 4 prescriptions. Calling Kroger, they told me there was only 1. So I went back in and waited in the waiting room another 20 minutes. After calling Kroger again, I found out the prescriptions were called in under 2 different names- her maiden name and get married name!!!!! Again, HUH?????? I understand she was recently married but call them all in on one or the other. I think you’d have better luck at a Minute Clinic at CVS or Kroger than at the Houston Methodist Hospital Care Group Montgomery

Didn't even deserve one star!!!Mostly incompetent office staff. Policies are ridiculous for existing patient needing to see doctor during published appointment times... Really bad ! Go somewhere else!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Doctor was rude and refused to listen to my history, follow-up was awful or nonexistent, front office staff truly don’t care about you as a person. Policies are so rigidly impossible to follow for someone who lives here but works near Houston. By the way, their telemedicine has also been axed. Don’t waste your time, money, and effort, nor risk your illness/health with these people. I don’t understand how they’re still in business.

Not surprised the reviews are awful.The first time I went up there they told me I could come early and I ended up waiting an hour and a half to even be seen. The lady at the front desk was rude and dismissive towards me.Second time was a phone call in which I just wanted a different refill amount on a prescription. Lady told me I had to come in. I asked if I had to since nothing had changed and she rudely explained I hadn’t been there in a year and I couldn’t just have the prescription changed. No big deal lady… didn’t have to be rude about it.I’m done coming here. If you are a young adult they treat you like garbage. I’m tired of wasting my energy on a place like this. I’d rather give my money to people who won’t dismiss me or treat me like I’m stupid.

I'll definitely be finding a new provider....mine goes on vaca for a week and leaves her patients that could need emergency care at their own peril, in return you get very rude unconcerned/uncaring staff that will talk to you like their qualified Drs, one particular is Dr. Connie, front desk receptionist.Beware of this place....you will not be happy here!

Very rude people work there and they make up their own rules!! Very unprofessional place!!!I drove about hour to get there to pick up a medication that was waiting for me. I got there, door was locked. I noticed a paper sign on door (among numerous other signs) saying closed for lunch. This is not on their website which stated they were open. Frankly, the sign looked like someone had just stuck it on the front door.I asked to just pick up the item, they were very rude and nasty. They let two other people drop off something but refused me and were very nasty to me. I told lady that answered the door that their website says they are open, she gave me a dirty look and shut door in my face.I will never go to medical office that doesn't' care about other people, terrible place!!!!!

The Doctors here are great. Unfortunately they are employees of Methodist so their staff can be a rude and unhelpful as they want. Finally changed practices as the large woman and Office Manager are so, so rude. I feel bad for the Doctors because they have no control, these are not their employees. Several of my friends have noticed the same thing. The large woman is the worst and the Office Manager thinks he is so powerful.

Poor office personnel. Not friendly sounding at all, and rude. Didn't seem to care about obtaining new patients or care about the patient that was trying to come in, at all. All logistics, zero warmth and caring like a doctors office should be.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. Good luck getting a call back from them when you leave a message. If you have a problem and need a doctor but it’s not an emergency they always refer you to a emergency clinic. Get used to over billing when you finally are able to get in to see them. Speaking of billing that’s the only department you can speak to anyone with.
Stay away from this doctors office at all cost.

Tried calling to tell the doctor I was taking my wife to the hospital and also to find out which hospital he wanted us to go to. Their phone kept disconnecting. We also tried to call to tel them about the problem and to find out the results of my wife's tests and the person she talked to wouldn't listen or let my wife talk in the conversation. Very poor patient consideration. #wearelookingforanotherdr

Recently went for an annual check up and labs. Easy check in, everyone was professional and friendly. Dr. Hernadez was thorough and helpful. I was in and out in less than an hour. Not sure what else one could ask for.
