I have never given a review on any course until now. I have played at a lot of different places and some cheap and some expensive and great, good and poor condition, but I think overall I will would give a 9 out of 10 for their high maintenance with the fairways, bunkers and putting greens. The front staff and marshall have been very respectful and polite about tee times and keeping the groups moving forward unlike someother places. The only thing that could make it a 10 out of 10 is if they had a driving range, but I guess that's why you get a breakfast ball on the first hole. Will be one of my regular golfing locations for a long time to come. Have fun golfing ⛳️

I played on a golfnow tee time for $36, which was fair to good for course without amenities of any kind. That being said, it was a fun, fair and entertaining course. Pace of play was great on an extremely hot Monday noon tee time. Conditions were very good except for some bunkers that had weeds. Folks at che7thck-in office were nice and helpful. Their pricing has only one level. I urge veterans or senior rates!
PS...Bring water or you will get heat stroke.

I'm surprised how good shape the greens are in. All bunkers are unplayable. Parking lot needs work as several pothole could damage your car.
In high temperatures they should have already put in water stations or have a cart person on the course.

Course was in tournament shape. Would have given 5 stars but they need to build a driving range and practice putting course.

Decent course. Fairways need more grass but the biggest issue with this course is pace of play. Never see a Marshall and 5+hour weekend rounds are the norm and it’s usually an entitled or not aware of golf etiquette foursome holding everyone up. I’ve been on a par 5 and had 16 golfers on it between 4 groups from green to tee box.

I really enjoy this course, fairways a little rough, but challenging & playable. I’m beginning to learn how to hit off tight lies. Course is very challenging, especially the greens. Many ; risk/ reward opportunities, but if you love golf; who doesn’t like a challenging course. All personnel are great folks. Working hard to make the course better. Come give it a try!

Course was in great shape. Especially the greens. We will be back, but this time we will be back with a cooler of drinks. The clubhouse is small, I believe they had some drinks you could buy inside but I assumed they'd have a Bev cart coming around. Once I saw a few guys in the parking lot loading their coolers I stopped and asked. That is fine with me for our next visit. Im sure if I looked up their reviews prior to coming I might have seen to bring a small cooler, now I know! ?

Enjoyed the course, greens rolled fine just a little slow. Fairways, tee boxes and bunkers were in good shape.

I am not give this course 5 stars because it the best public course in Montgomery county, but for shb $50 round it is hard to beat. Pace of play is slower than what I am used to, but the delay was due to frost. I will return soon. No practice facility, food, or snack cart which is disappointing. Also you never reach the clubhouse again until you finish your round. Come prepared!

Nice course in good condition. They don't have a club house but apparently you are allowed to bring an ice chest (no water on course). You don't go back to parking lot. Little bit of standing water or muddy spots here and there. Sand traps are more mud traps. Pace of play was a little slow as it took 4 1/2hrs to play. Will be back as it was a nice course and only mi or details to get to 5 stars I'm my opinion.

For the price, this is the best deal in north Houston. Just 15 min from The Woodlands, it's a great layout. The greens and tee boxes are in fantastic shape. Only negative is no practice area or putting green.

Course is never in good shape played in June and no grass in the fair way's. We'll most likely will never play there again. Gwen did us wrong. We had a five players and she new all of us for years. We're fast and don't hold up other golfers. We played 5 almost every Sunday out there. We didn't know and said one of us had to go. Because of this we'll never play there again. It could be a great course if some one would buy it and put some real money in it.
