Grand Lake Estates Golf Course is a great, hidden course with a great layout, designed by Gary Player. It is a beautiful, challenging, and well-maintained public course with green and well-groomed fairways and greens, lots of contour, hills, and water features. The pace of play is good and it is not a busy course. For the price, it is decent, unbeatable, and worth the drive. There are, however, no practice facilities like a putting green or driving range, and no beverage cart service, food, or drink sold. The greens are inconsistent and there are soft areas from watering. Some bunkers are in good shape, but several are unplayable. It is a gated community, so a gate code is required. The course has lots of upside and is on its way to being a great course.
One of the best public courses I've ever experienced...designed by Gary Player it is challenging all the way around. $56 ~ 18 holes & cart! Unbeatable 😎

Great layout and greens are fantastic. My only knock is that they need a driving range and practice green.
